It was for the first time I used Vance app to transfer money from uk to india.It was easy to login and to do the transaction without any fees.

Great experience. Amazing exchange rate. Easy to use the app.

Initial experience was very poor as money was deducted and not transferred for almost 3 days. It was a high value transfer.

No resolution / response was being provided in spite of constant follow ups and having instantly shared all further documentation that was requested.

Hence the initial rating was 1 star.

Now updating it to 4 star having received the funds almost 72 hours later and subject to the below assurances from the Vance team:

- Prompt response on chat has been promised for next transfers.

- Clearly defined timelines for resolution will be provided going forwards.

- Followups will be proactive i.e. customer will not have to chase.

- Faster compliance / verification checks will be rolled out.

- Any escalations for delay in transfers will be addressed at the highest priority and resolved asap.

- Clear communication on reason for waiting times will be shared proactively vs. silence.

- Priority to be given to high value transfers.
