Scammers
They had me pay for a report which they made me believe I had to have it, and pay for 750 euros for that because I said yes once and said no 5 minutes later. They said they have taken a note to be cancelled because I made the request before the mechanic even left the house and make a payment. They said I have to pay it. I paid for it an for more than month they refuse to refund that report back because they claim they have already prepared and sent it. They are lying, and refusing the pay for something which doesn't exist.
The actual pipe replacement cost was also ridiculously high, and they claim they have no front cost on the website but they charge 39 euros front cost ( they tell this on the phone) and 189 euros + VAT for first 30 minutes (which they only tell you after they arrive and ask for the payment)
