Inaccurate shipping info and WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE

No shipping updates for over a week.
When update came, it was the wrong tracking number. Sent a message to seller and they insisted they have the updated tracking number. It's been almost two weeks and I still have not received any correct shipping updates. Tracking info still says that the courier has not received the package from seller.
