Could not have been more happier with the experience. My partner and myself had a lovely time, staff was very friendly and Erika executed the pictures perfectly

What an amazing day! We were greeted with friendly faces who assisted us with our luggage and offered us refreshments immediately. The three of us were seen to at roughly the same time taking turns with nails, hair and makeup so that we were on time for the shoot.
We were all over the moon with our hair and makeup.
Then we met our amazing photographer. We were unsure of which outfits would work best and so he helped us pick with some great and professional advice.
We had so much fun during the shoot, he was bubbly and met our ideas and guided us with posing, we hadn’t done anything like this before so we felt clueless in front of the camera but quickly felt natural and comfortable with his guidance. He was most respectful to us ladies during our shoot too and made us feel very comfortable and confident.
The hardest part of the day… was choosing our images. They were incredible with so many to choose from with a wide range of variations. The lady who showed us the images was wonderful and helpful with the package deals and also gave advice with choosing our best photos.

The whole team was friendly and helpful. Danny, the photographer, was patient and encouraging, and he made the experience fun. I had previously used another studio for headshots several years ago, and the Vanity experience was much better.

The staff was incredibly lovely, everyone was so welcoming and the entire process was very enjoyable, engaging and me and my partner felt so comfortable! We had a package deal where drinks, snacks, hair and nails were included and we felt so pampered! Thank you again, you guys are amazing! We ended up keeping all the photos, we couldn’t find a bad one at all 🎀

We visited Vanity Studios last Saturday as a family and really enjoyed the whole experience. The team were incredibly friendly and welcoming from start to finish.
Our photographer, Danny, was very professional and gave clear direction, which put us at ease as it was our first photoshoot. He knew exactly how to capture great photos.
We especially appreciated how patient and inclusive the team were with our autistic daughter. She struggles to sit still, yet everyone made a genuine effort to include her. Danny was calm and understanding throughout, which meant a great deal to us.
Thank you for such a positive and inclusive experience for our whole family.

My mum and nan purchased a promotional voucher at Westfield Shopping Centre in good faith as a Christmas gift, intending to use it for a family photoshoot. Unfortunately, the experience with Vanity Studios was misleading and disappointing.
The representative was not fully transparent about the additional £75 per person charge required to “secure” the photoshoot. In my opinion the £160 voucher itself should reasonably demonstrate the intention to use their services. While these additional costs are technically mentioned in promotional materials and confirmation emails, they are only revealed after purchase, leaving customers unaware upfront.
The voucher was initially purchased for £160 in cash. My mum and nan had wanted to split the payment between cash and card but were told it was better to pay in full cash. Following this, they called my mum and tried to pressure her over the phone to pay an additional £300 (thankfully she did not do this) which would have made the total paid nearly £500—despite Vanity Studios stating they could not schedule the photoshoot until the earliest June.
Once the voucher is purchased, it is non-refundable, and the company refuses to take responsibility for the lack of transparency. Even though no studio time, staff, or services had been reserved, they would not issue a refund leaving my mum and 85 year old nan £160 out of pocket. This approach feels unfair and misleading, and based on other reviews, it appears to be a recurring practice.
I cannot recommend this company to anyone who values honesty and fair treatment as a customer. I will be reporting them to Trading Standards and also Westfield shopping centre.

Really enjoyable day for me and my daughter. Clearly very experienced makeup artist who gave some great tips and advice. Hair lady was great too. Very friendly and easy to chat too. Our photographer Matteo was excellent. Made my very shy daughter come out of her shell. If I was being really really critical it would be about refreshments - I was offered a coffee on arrival but we weren’t offered any other drinks for the rest of the session and had to ask for some water. But it didn’t spoil the experience.

It was my daughter’s 18th birthday present - the studio accommodated her 4 friends and her giving them a natural glowing look. They loved the hair and make-up and the photographer put them all at ease. They had a wonderful day and made some stunning memories together 🥰

We purchased our three vouchers as a gift for my daughter’s 14th birthday. At the time of purchase, we were told that one picture per voucher was included. The day itself was fun but at the end, we were completely misled and pressured by a sales person to buy excessively priced photos and we’re not given the three free shots.
When I contacted the company, they refused to honour the photos included in the original purchase. We spent almost £1,000 on photos and this feels like a scam and terrible customer service
Such a shame after a fun day. Don’t be fooled by the good deal for the vouchers, you get completely stung at the studio!! There are many other better places to go in my opinion.

I had an amazing afternoon there. I had my nails painted, hair done and make up applied in a relaxed environment. The final look was very professional and much better than I could ever do myself . The photographer was clearly very experienced and he was also able to guide me to get the best poses. I'm very happy with the final pictures and I appreciated being able to see them and pick the best ones with the manager who was also able to give her opinion. I'd had two previous professional photo shoots and this one was by far the best in terms of experience and picture quality . It's worth the price and I would definitely recommend them and go back myself if I ever need more professional photos taken

I had a boudoir photoshoot as a surprise for my husband. I was welcomed warmly and made comfortable with a drink on arrival. The team on hair and make up were so friendly and made me feel really pampered, and they did a great job! Everything ran smoothly, and Danny the photographer took some absolutely beautiful images! He made the process so easy, telling me exactly what to do, which was great as I had no idea how to pose. He was very professional at the same time as friendly enough for me to relax. The process of choosing my images at the end was the hardest part, and I ended up not being able to say goodbye to a lot of them! Thank you so much Vanity! I had an amazing Monday morning and highly recommend.

Vanity Studios provided a great overall experience. From the moment of walking in and being greeted by the professional front of house staff to being led through the process by the photographer (Bernado, who was a hoot!) it was a really enjoyable time. To get the most of this, (if you are not a professional model who knows what they are doing) you must relax and have fun with the whole thing. Might do it again actually...

We had the most amazing day at our photoshoot. My children and I had such a wonderful time from start to finish. All of the staff were absolutely lovely, so welcoming and patient, and they made the whole session feel relaxed and fun. It was a truly memorable experience for us, and we couldn’t be happier. Thank you for making it so special!

This experience was fantastic and Im so glad I did it. My mum and I attended the session and we had the absolute best day. The staff were all lovely and welcoming, our makeup was spot on and our photographer was amazing. To top it off we were blown away by the images at the end, they were stunning! The whole day was so much fun and so much more than we expected. I would highly recommend Vanity Studios to anyone.

amazing experience from the moment we walked in to a warm welcome with fizz, to the wizard make up artist (thank you Sacha for enhancing features I didnt know I had!) to the professional, energetic and calming photograher Mateo who was truly fantastic. It was an day like no other and something I truly believe everyone should experience once in their lifetime; whether alone, with friends or family etc. MUST DO!

This company is a complete con. We paid over £70 for a voucher and then were told we had to pay another £300 just to book the experience. At the event we were clearly told the voucher was valid for one year, but afterwards they hide behind the small print to say it must be booked within two months. This is blatant misrepresentation.

The pressure selling is disgusting and completely unacceptable. When we called to question it, the person on the phone was pedantic, entitled, rude and openly disrespectful. No attempt to help, no empathy, just arrogance and scripted excuses.

After reading other reviews and experiencing this ourselves, we decided it was better to lose the voucher than give them another £300, which many people say is almost impossible to get back once they have it.

This is not a legitimate experience provider. It is a business model built on misleading claims, fine print traps and bullying sales tactics. Avoid at all costs.

It was fun ,a great experience. I love the pictures.They look so professional.
