The girls and I had such a lovely day with you. Everyone was so friendly and welcoming and made us feel really comfortable. It was fun getting our hair, make up and nails done and we were all happy with the results. The photo shoot itself was great fun. Our photographer Erica was so lovely, she made it so enjoyable. We had lots of time and she gave us plenty of ideas about poses. We had so many amazing photos to choose from and were given lots of time to pick the ones we wanted. It was great that we got the digital photos on the day too! Everyone has commented how stunning they are. Thank you so much for such a relaxed fun experience.

Absolute scam. If you buy there’s no changing your mind! The voucher is worthless and you will not get your money back. Stay away!

I did this with my daughter for my birthday and we enjoyed getting pampered, nice manicure, hairstyle and pro make up. The photographer Bernado was really good and put us at ease. The pics were gorgeous!! Nice birthday treat ✨️

Me and my best friend got stopped whilst out shipping by this gorgeous man, he persuaded us to pay a deposit for a photoshoot. It was originally like 75 pounds, but somehow we got it for £50. It sounded amazing and like so much fun. We was told we had 1-2 months to book this, no extra fees where stated unless we wanted extra photos. We went to book his today and they had the cheek to tell us its another £75 EACH to secure our booking. Reading online we see that people never get their refund back, which is crazy considering the original price of the booking was like £75. They refused to refund us our £50 fee because its "non-refundable". However, we are now left with nothing, no booking, no nothing. Were not risking getting scammed another £75 each. We want our £50 back as we didn't book a thing KMT!!!!

Fabulous day from start to finish with daughter, son and husband. Great venue, amazing staff, who made our time in the studio a fun chilled day out. Treated to hair and make up by two lovely ladies (sorry can’t remember names from Bournemouth and Fulham), our photographer Ben was fun and made us all feel at ease, and James who went through our photos and helped us decide was very entertaining. Great family day out making memories thank you all.

The photographer Bernardo was amazing! He gave clear instructions, was so positive and encouraging, all around a really pleasant experience for all of us! The rest of the team were great too. Thank you!!!

I wasn’t sure what to expect when I booked this photo session. I thought it would be a nice experience for my daughters and I and we would come away with some photos. I looked at the online reviews (both good and bad) so I was prepared to the fact I was going to spend more money. When we got there everyone was lovely and welcoming, we were greeted with drinks and offered snacks throughout the time we were there. My daughters loved having their hair and makeup done by professionals and they both looked stunning. Our photographer was lovely and he was honestly so patient and helped with our wardrobe and how we should stand and pose and we didn’t feel rushed at all. He took so many amazing shots and was lovely to work with. We came away with some beautiful photos and some lovely memories. Be prepared to be there a few hours (we were there for about 4) and to spend ( we went with the cheapest package ) but those photos are going to be on my walls for years.

A really fun day from start to finish. My daughter loved having the make over first and then an extensive photo shoot. All the staff were lovely and the photographer made us so comfortable so we got some stunning photos. The pre-vist emails were really helpful so we felt well prepared with outfits etc before we arrived. The photographer also helped with putting outfits together. My daughter also got some stunning action photos in her dance wearWe got lots of time and help to choose our photos and we’re so pleased with them. Our biggest difficulty was narrowing them down!! Thank you so much.

Whole team took time with us to ensure we got the images we wanted. The hair and makeup was excellent and worked to make sure we were happy with our look but would still be effective under the lights. Photographer was excellent - he helped us relax and coached us to make the best use of angles for flattering pictures

We had such an amazing experience at Vanity Studios for our couple photoshoot. Chev was incredibly helpful when it came to choosing our images — patient, friendly, and really made the process easy and enjoyable. They helped us narrow down our favorites without feeling rushed and gave great advice.

Brenardo, our photographer, did an absolutely amazing job. He captured everything exactly how we wanted and was so open to our ideas, while also adding his own creative touch to bring everything together perfectly. He made us feel comfortable, guided us well during the shoot, and truly understood the vision we had.

The whole experience felt professional yet relaxed, and the final photos turned out beautiful. Highly recommend Vanity Studios, Chev, and Brenardo to anyone looking for a great photoshoot experience!

What a great day, the venue is lovely, warm and stylish. We felt welcomed straight away and comfortable. This was our first photoshoot so had no idea what to expect. The makeup team instantly made us feel like superstars! Big thanks to Nancy and the team for making us look so pretty! And our photographer Bernardo was absolutely amazing and instantly settled our nerves. He knew exactly what we needed and made us feel really comfortable and relaxed. We felt so glamorous and beautiful. We didn’t feel rushed or pressured, instead we had fun, laughed and enjoyed our session. Lovely Stephan guided us through the pictures at the end and helped us choose the best pics for us to take home, thanks for being so warming and hilarious! We had a blast!

I’m sharing my experience so others can make an informed decision.
My next step is to contact Citizens advice Bureau and have my complaint escalated to Trading Standards. If enough of us do this, some action might be taken so that others don't have to walk out with on the spot finance they don't want and/or can't afford.
I bought the voucher in the Milton Keynes shopping centre. The lady stopped me and my daughter and was pushy and determined to not let us leave until we bought the voucher. I finally agreed after negotiating what I thought was a better price. Only after I paid for the voucher, she told me that I also have to pay £75 per person deposit when I book the appointment. I didn't understand why, but by that point I was already committed and didn't want to lose the voucher money I had already paid.
The photoshoot itself was enjoyable, and the photographer was friendly. However, my concern relates to the viewing and sales process that followed.
During the viewing session, everything moved very quickly. I was given a lot of information in a short space of time and felt emotionally pressured to buy a very pricey package. The lady, Chevaugn, was very skilled at using my daughter's excitement to pressure me, she was saying things like 'this is a good one, you must buy this one' and when I reluctantly agreed to their cheapest package of £650 !!! , she sprung into action and made sure everything was finalised in minutes before I had a chance to change my mind.
I was verbally directed step by step to open emails, click links, sign documents and confirm receipt of digital images. I received 6 emails in less than 10 mins , some with documents that I had no chance of reading. I did not feel I was given sufficient time or space to properly read and understand what I was signing, nor were the implications of confirming receipt, non-cancellation, or the finance arrangement clearly explained to me in a way that allowed me to make a fully informed decision. I had no idea I entered into an unregulated, non cancelable loan!!!
Only after leaving the studio and reviewing the documents, did I fully understand the terms I had agreed to. By that point, I was told that no changes or discussion were possible.
While the photos are nice, I personally found the sales process overwhelming and pressurised, and after looking into it more, it is all legal, but that doesn't make it ethical and the imbalance of information and power is extremely evident.

A fabulous, fun afternoon! Staff were lovely as well as professional, the atmosphere was relaxed and the hair and make up made all the difference to the photos!

I was so nervous when I bought a voucher for this at Musical Con as there are so many scare stories of hard selling and not being allowed to go without buying lots but we genuinely had a great time. Yes, it's not cheap if you want more pictures but equally if you want to just walk away with your included single picture having had your hair/nails/make up done no one is stopping you doing that.

Our photographer was Danny and he was lovely, really knew how to get good shots. I don't recall the names of the people doing our hair and make up but they were also great (I'm wary of having my make up done by other people but they listened to my concerns and I didn't look over made-up).

For anyone going, be prepared to spend out on a package as you will get good pictures, our viewing session was over 40 good pictures (2 of us individually), we just went through them all several times and compared/rejected a couple each time until we came to our final choice that fitted the package we chose to buy. The person selling the package/showing the pictures outlined the number of images at each price point and we got down to the number I agreed, I didn't feel pressured to go up to the next price band. Before we left he checked that the link worked for the download (you are sent this as a We Transfer file by email, you get 12 months to download them)

The studio was very busy when we went (just after schools had broken up) but our make up started close to our allotted time and we were out in plenty of time to enjoy the rest of the day.

Amazing experience from start to finish. My daughter loved her makeover. The photographs taken by Bernardo were amazing and the photo selection process was very simple and helpful. Only regret was wish we could of afforded to buy more of the pictures. Would definately recommend!

What a fabulous experience! A birthday treat for my daughter turned into a fabulous mother & daughter day. We wasn’t sure what to expect, not having done anything like this before but we had the best day. We were well looked after, the whole team were so friendly and really put us at ease. We also picked up some hair, makeup and posture tips. We are over the moon with the digital prints, something to treasure forever. Thank you x

I had an excellent day out at Vanity Studios. We had an amazing photographer Matteo, who took loads of photos and was great fun to work with. The images were were perfect, if a little expensive.

This was our first family photoshoot, and we felt a little nervous especially my two early teens daughter. Mainly for them I have booked this session as this is the perfect way to capture these precious years.
As we entered the studio we weren’t sure how everything would work. However, it turned into one of our most beautiful memories to look back on.
The hair and makeup artist was very friendly and welcoming, providing warm hospitality and making the waiting time comfortable. Photographer Matto is truly exceptional!!very creative and great at guiding us with poses. He made everyone feel relaxed and at ease, which helped us enjoy the entire session comfortably.

Overall, The quality of service exceeded our expectations, and it was completely worth the investment. We are truly grateful for such a memorable experience.

Had a great time at Vanity Studios today. My family and I were all made to feel very welcome and the hair & makeup artists did an excellent job. My daughters and I were all really pleased with our looks!
Danny the photographer was brilliant, he made us feel extremely comfortable and gave us lots of guidance during the shoot. He took lots of photos and we didn't feel rushed at all.
We've come away with some great photos.
My only concern was the way the booking deposit is required even after we had purchased a voucher. This seemed unnecessary and although our package included 2 pictures it was clear that there was no intention to let us leave without purchasing more with no chance of seeing the "deposit " again. However if you go with this expectation then you will have a great time and get some special photos.
