quality checks thoroughly
quality checks probably don’t even occur here, bought a batch of 10 vapes for £75 and majority of them had the liquids leaking out into the packaging, my boyfriend also had one vape and most the smoke would come out from the mouth piece so he blew into the other end (the end that lights up) and a lot of smoke would come out of the mouth piece. disappointed for the price i paid and 90% of them don’t work. think a full refund is needed

Terrible customer service
I bought an Aspire Zelos 3 from them less than 6 weeks ago, it has a fault where the body is coming apart/coming unstuck. After sending a video showing fault and several emails they have told me they won’t do anything about it? Terrible customer service..
Edit: i haven’t damaged the product, there isn’t a mark on it! It’s faulty and should be repaired/replaced by seller
