I was sent none genuine parts . Coils burnt out with in the hour.
Did email company not willing to help refund or send new package. This is not my 1st review my other “disappeared” after sending evidence of my order to trust pilot.
Do your research spend wisely do not expect great customer service if anything goes wrong

Cheaper product that other places, quick delivery

I order 5 vapes 3500 puffs two of them lasted 1 day and burnt out. Understandably they are from a supplier but as a company supplying the product they were no help.
I’d expected a replacement as I’m sure they can claim product back from their supplier.
Horrible customer service they advised well ‘I have consumed them anyway’ of course I have i wouldn’t have know they are faulty if I hadn’t used them.

In response to your reply in order to know that these were not working I had to use them. They have 3500 puffs and burnt out with in the first hour of use. So that’s a very pathetic reply and just shows customers what kind of service you offer. Well done for making yourselves look stupid

4 days after paying my order is still 'processing' this is ridiculous. Nothing takes this long to process. Last time using this company.

The vape I got 1st dos not work and I still have not got my coils

These are grate and tasty vapes vim2 has to be the tastiest i have tried 4 of us think the same only problem i had was the delivery but was sent straight away by vape korner will deffo order again thank you

I still haven't received my order I ordered 2 vapes on 9th June still not arrived even though says was sent out the 12th of June

Never had an issue with this company until my recent purchase I made a order of the Crystal pro max disposable vapes as it said they were in stock I’ve waiting 2 days and they still hadn’t came so I contacted them and got told they were out of stock so I had to change the flavor which I didn’t mind and they said they’d change it to express delivery and a few days later I’ve received a text to say they’ll be delivered next week my order was made the start of this week. Think after they’ve came il shop elsewhere which I’m gutted about.

Update; now I’ve received a email saying

Always shop here for my vape juice and coils. This time an error was made and I was sent the wrong item, they were very apologetic and able to correct it within a few days and sent the correct item.

It's the first time trying vape and I'm impressed there not bad on my throat too so really pleased
