Don’t buy

Don’t buy! The website said my vape would cost $16 but AFTER I already ordered, it said it charged me $28! I asked for a refund because I had only bought online for that low price, and they would not help me

Wasted time

Wasted time. I ordered and paid for expedited shipping. After waiting 5 days and providing all the info they asked for to verify my account, My order was canceled without reason given. Cant calland talk to anyone as only way to contact is through email. Have wasted my time with this company and will never order from or refer anyone else to order from here. Highly disappointed

It looks like you tried to place an order that was over $500 dollars in which your credit cards billing address did not match the shipping address your bank has on file for your card. As a first time customer with fraud on the rise, for orders that are over $250 dollars we are required by our credit card processor to ship them to the cardholders billing address. We do apologize again for the troubles and inconvenience but if this transaction were to get disputed we unfortunately cannot afford to eat a $500 dollar loss.

4/5 Not a bad option For Online Vapes

Let’s start by saying Vape Royalty knows what they’re doing. At least in the customer service part of the company. My order was damaged but the moment I told Customer Service they sent me a new order free of charge. Unfortunately the next order one of my devices was damaged again but they refunded it without any hassle. Long story short Customer Service is great, but if they packaged their products better maybe they wouldn’t break during shipping.

LOVE THIS SITE

LOVE THIS SITE! Their selection is wide, their customer service is ON POINT! Had a problem with a few of the vapes I ordered (*which was not their fault, it was due to a manufacturers defect *ElfBar*). Anyways, they told me what I needed to do to get a new one and they held up their end of the deal. And if I sound surprised pease understand that I haven’t had an experience like that ordering from other websites. So I was supposed that they didn’t have some ‘catch’ (like, ‘oh, we’ll replace the defective ones with a free one but you have to order $100 worth first’, or ‘we’ll give you $15 off on an order of $100.’) nope! They pulled no such shenanigans! I really appreciate how they run their business, they’re a great site to order from, and if you’re searching for a place that offers a huge selection AND has EXCELLENT customer service, VapeRoyality is where it’s at! I am a super skeptical person and always think websites are fake or trying to rip me off… I am so glad I found this place!!

Buyer Beware - Counterfeit Products

Have received two counterfeit SMOK products from them in my last two orders. One of which they addressed and sent a replacement for … only to find out the replacement was also a counterfeit. Ended up not standing behind their merchandise and products … shady practice at best. Would not recommend.

So far the customer service…

So far the customer service representative has been decent with me. They're going to get my problem resolved because I don't was out of stock but it was said it was in stock when I ordered it. They resolved the problem. When I told them other item I would take in its price. It has not shipped to me. I will update this when I received my products and give another further review

They always deliver their services

They always deliver their services. That's all you need to know, really. I've used them for a long time now ~2017? before the PACT act they would have shipments at your door so fast it would make your head spin, shipping is still fast and last leg for me is still USPS. I made a mistake of recently trying ANOTHER vendor and they use an unknown courier and I have no idea when I'll get my package, it's been 2 weeks, lol..

Should have just stayed with VR.
