Betrug / Scam - Geld weg, keine Ware erhalten!
Am 17.12.24 tätigte ich zusammen mit einer Freundin (auf ihren Namen) eine Bestellung. Eine Auftragsbestätigung kam kurz danach per email, seither allerdings nichts mehr. Mehrere Kontaktversuche schlugen fehl. Eine der insgesamt mehreren im Shop und der Auftragsbestätigung angegebenen Emailadressen ist nicht valide, die Mails an eine andere werden ignoriert, die im Impressum angegebene Telefonnummer existiert nicht. Gestern lief eine Frist, welche in einer Mahnung gestellt wurde, ohne jegliche Reaktion aus. Interessant ist, dass ich gestern quasi die gleiche Bewertung auf Google abgab und das Firmenprofil heute nicht mehr aufrufbar ist. Die Anzeige wegen (Online)Betrugs gegen den Inhaber, Herrn Dennis Schroed, wird noch diese Woche erstattet, der Sachverhalt entsprechend aufbereitet.
