At least3x cheaper than anywhere else I looked so I bought 2 of what I need. Absolutely brilliant company. Plenty of rewards for using them.

Specifically ordered 2 bubbles glasses for my blaze solo 2 rta and was sent 2 normal blaze solo bubble glasses when asked to return the item for a refund i was told I would have to pay the return shipping fee and was not told if I would get my original shipping fee back . I do not recommend this website

I ordered a Vaporesso Nano Eco plus replacement pods and the vape had a faulty tank pod and only found out by using a replacement one,

i informed their support, they requested video proof, which i provided, then nothing apart from a rate your experience email, no replacement or anything,

i do not recommend this company, they did not deliver full working goods but took and kept all the money i paid, won't be using again.

Update, Took a week to get back to me, offered £4 rebate which i thought would be put back into my bank like i paid with but they put it into their wallet tied to the store, and when i said there isn't anything i want to buy for 4 pounds, they emailed i could use it by spending more with it on their store, after this nonsense, and i wasn't given a choice anyway, then wanted me to change my review to a good one,

I wanted a replacement working Tank like i paid for and they haven't replaced it and are trying to con me, avoid is still my advice

I bought some items on the 13th April. They sent me wrong ones. I returned them and so far no refund, or correct items received. DON'T BUY FROM THEM!!! NOT RECOMMEND!!! Terrible customer service. Will try to redeem the money through my bank.

No update on tracking or delivery, sent msg to see what was happening .
Only getting a couple of words answer ,saying resourcing items
Customer service is really bad .
Still waiting for my order .
Have repeatedly asked for order to be cancelled and my money refunded.
No reply to these refund request.
Will not be using this company again .
Awful service ,awful customer service .

Ordered a vape from them told it would be delivered 7 to 14 days . Got a tracking NO tried to find out where it is upto and still waiting to be dispatched that was on the 3 of April sent emails but all I get back is the tracking NO and a message it's waiting to be dispatched no help with anything it's over a month now sent email asking for money back now waiting for them to get back to me. I bought a vape device and some extra pods and I was sent two boxes of pods for a completely different device that I don't even own. Sent them an e mail reporting the situation and I'm waiting for the answer and eventual a positive outcome for this. Nevertheless it's a gross mistake because my purchase has nothing to do with what I got from them.

usually have items in a few days from the UK warehouse. This one took 11 days.

Warning do not pay extra for next day delivery. Each time I have ordered from this company I have paid an extra £5.50 for next day delivery they always sent by evri and taken over 4 days to arrive. I have placed 15 orders and this has happened every time. I have since been contacted and explained that next day delivery is not available for small packages so upped my stars.

Company cancelled my order immediately after placing it. When I asked them why they would only say (in very broken English) that some third-party company deemed me a 'financial risk' and they have issued a refund. No company - not even my bank account - has raised a flag on any of my purchases over the years so this is incredibly suspicious.

How do you expect to get any business if you just immediately call new orders 'scammers' and refuse to fulfil their order?

But, surprise surprise - no refund has landed in my account. Their customer support is completely atrocious and they do not respond to any questions.

This is NOT a UK company, they are in China. It took over a month to recieve my order. Customer service is about as usefull as a chocolate tea pot. I had actually given up and written off the order but thankfully it arrived today.

ordered with this company a few times! always very quick with dispatching my orders & have a wide variety to choose from. customer service are also incredibly attentive when needed.
