The Worst!!!

Hello, I wrote to you before I am still on the reviews. I need some help with getting a refund of my 35.00 USA or get my product. I placed my order on October 30,2025 I have emailed many times and it’s on its way and they tell me to be patient, I order many items from China and never had this issue. It is now January 8,2026 and still nothing any advice would be appreciated. Thank you for reading my complaint.

Great product/fast dispatch, annoying purchasing format and RUDE support

Positives: Quality of vape is very good. Dispatch was incredibly quick.

Negative: Ordering on-line wasn't easy. Having recently moved house I couldn't remember if I'd changed my address with my bank - I needed to make 3 attempts at purchasing before the AVS was satisfied. Each time the purchase form completely reset, I was unable simply to change the address, I had to enter the whole order from scratch each time.
This meant that there were 3 pending transactions on my bank account, I felt confident that only one would go through but for a period it appeared that I had been billed twice.
I contacted support, praised the quality of the items and the quick dispatch, explained my grievance and asked for a refund of the second payment.
Supports' response was CURT. I would say rude. No 'hi' to begin, no 'regards' at the end just 2 insanely short sentences telling me that I was wrong and to contact my bank. They were correct, I had indeed only been charged once. But the tone of the response was RUDE.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM

been waiting for my order since the 24th december its now the 31st december they have said the item has been shipped to me but when royal mail say it was going to be delivered yesterday on the tuesday 30th december the item now says on royal mail tracking that its being returned to sender and i have tried contacting them they have messed me around since not giving me a straight forward answer. this company is stupid and should be shut down

I ordered some voopoo pods

I ordered some voopoo pods. I was given a tracker number and a link that didnt work and sent me to a different shipper. I finally got another link from them which has said for 3 weeks that its ready to ship. It should have been shipped and be with me by now, i deal with shipping from china daily and have never heard of any other company wait over 3 weeks to leave the warehouse. Will never use again. All i get from the chat is its international shipping i understand that but its a lot slower if you dont send it.
Update after 4 weeks i emailed the tracker and got this information.
I ordered a package from vapesourcing i was given this tracker number LR687611883NL it told me for 3 weeks it hasnt left the warehouse yet. Now it tells me nothing. Can you help or is this a scam that you have seen before.

Excellent product & customer service team

Strongly recommended. My friends recommended vapesourcing to me as they are happy with their experience using their products so far. I have made my first order (Yocan Orbit vape pen). However, there was some issues with the battery. I reported this to the customer service team. They have immediately sorted it out and sent me a replacement device within a few days without any additional cost. This time the device is working perfectly. Thanks to Joey from the customer support team to sorting it out promptly. I am really content with the customer service team & their products.
