Lot of trouble using the website on my…

Lot of trouble using the website on my mobile phone the système of gift doesn’t worked and that was so bad I had to pay all and be refund after.

Because of half refund my order wasn’t prepared and I had to ask multiple time to get information and more.

I appreciate the refund and gifts they made to me plus sending me the fastest as they can even after a long wait.

I recommend to use computer to make orders and to check your number order and also the status very often to not wait a lot as I had to.

Customer service needs to be improved

I requested a refund for 4 items they sent me which expired in 2024. 4 weeks later, still no reply, even after multiple messages. Disappointing!

However, after another email they finally picked up the issue and granted a refund.

Completely unresponsive

I ordered a number of products. One item was missing in the parcel; no problem, can happen to anybody. But then: no telephone number, no email address; only possibility is a contact form, which I filled in twice, and NO response, for more than two weeks. This fels Kafkaesque.
