Great website, fast delivery. One item got mixed up, so it wasn't delivered (happens to the best of us). When i reached out to customer service (on a Friday), they already wrote back Monday, and they refunded my money the next day, so they also have excellent customer service. 10/10, will definitely use this site again.

Dysfunctional support.
Ordered. GLS delivered my package to "neighbours" which are not even close to me. The appartament seems to be not inhabited. Visited the place several times throughout two+ weeks and left notes, no results. GLS told me to contact the company, and the company hasn't replied to any of my emails/support tickets in two weeks

Support could be better
Vapevo send me fake products. The scratch codes came back as not authentic. Tried contacting support, but only got one response asking what was wrong. Didn't get any other reply after that, even after contacting them several times through the contact form and WhatsApp.
Update: Finally received a response via e-mail and the order has been refunded.
