Bought the Luxe 2 Problems
Bought the Luxe 2 about 2 months ago. Worked great for the first month and a half. Now buzzes all the time but still fires. Don't know of any recourse & customer service is really non existent. Do yourself a favor & DON'T buy any Vapereso product as they are just something they sell.Had a Revenger before & it lasts about 2 years. Also can't update firmware from my Apple computer.
purchased LUXE PM40 in December 2021
purchased LUXE PM40 in December 2021. after about 3 months it would just go dead after charging and not turn on or take a charge. then be dead for a day or two and then come back to life. pretty lame. contacted support to see if they would honor their 6 month warranty stated on the warranty card. they would not. they kept asking for more and more "proof" after I sent pictures, store reciept, they wanted videos and then just stopped responding. they are total thieves and liars. do not buy!
Poor quality
I've had 2 different vapes through them none of them lasted longer then a 5 months. Then you're stuck paying another $50 for a new one every couple months. Stay away unless you wanna spend money on a new vape all the time.

Purchased the Vaporesso Amor Pro. It lasted three months before the mod stopped working. Retailer guarantee 30 days, manufacturers Vaporesso Guarantee only 90 days.
A 90 day guarantee should tell you they are not confident about the quality of their product, steer we’ll clear.

Not about the company but the product. They have this innovated fill cap that is great if you want to waste most of your vape juice while filling. Will be getting a replacement very soon. Had this for 2 weeks and the filling is a massive issue. It's a shame because the product wouldn't be too bad if the filling issue wasn't so terrible. It's something they have on all vapes. Not good at all.

Their products are great but their customer service is bad. I bought the Luxe 80S from myvpro.com and got a defective pod with it but was told to contact Vaporesso. Well I tried and tried to contact Vaporesso but never could get a reply from them. No help at all was given or recieved.

I spoke with the company owners and my time was wasted, luckily it took no more than 1 hour to email and complete the return product warranty. This company is TOO SHADY so any interested customers should turn around and GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!

I purchased an vaporesso luxe from element Vape,opening it to fill it was hard,you had to twist forever to get the top off,fearing that it would break,so cheaply made,I filled it,put in the first coil,it started smoking and I was sucking in juice trying to adjust it to see what the problem was,I was spitting into a tissue,I tried the second coil,it started to leak ,smoke,and within seconds a full tank was empty because it was spilling hot juice on my freaking hands and I sent the video to vaporesso and they still refused to honor the warranty and I sent receipts that I had just purchased it
horrible customer service
horrible customer service. they ask for a video of the problem and then proceed to ask for more and more videos instead of trying to arrange the issue. they also take the longest time to reply. i had a vaporesso vape for 4 months and it’s already broken. Don’t bother wasting your money, quality is bad and their customer service will not help you

Best vape I've ever used, could just do with bringing out a bigger tank

I own 3 vaporesso mods. The first Gen that I got was during the start of the viris and could only get it in red. After a while I was able get another one in black. I enjoyed using the both. So I decided to get the Lux 2. Now I am happy with all three and use them all day long. Very dependable and have all the power and ability that I will ever need. You can not go wrong by putting one on your shopping list if you take vapping seriously. Have a great day.

Ordered the product and it was several weeks late, I disputed the charge and have received several threatening emails after the package finally arrived. I will never use this company again! Very unprofessional! Substandard product!
