3 produts ranging from £50 to £70 all broken within 3 months absolute terrible build quality

Terrible customer service. They take forever to respond and I never received my package with my 2 mods I spent $200 on. Therefore I went to a shop and bought 2 myself because it was a little over a month and I wasn’t going to wait any longer. They were not understanding of and would not refund me my money back for the product I did not receive. Instead can only offer a reshippment which I do not want anymore because I had bought 2 other mods seperate when the store has a no refund policy. Now I’m stuck with wasted money and am very unhappy. Definitely not going through this company again or not recommending anyone here.

Had a faulty tank in one of my LUXE kits, a quick contact with support and they replaced it hastily. Only issue i have with this brand is the recurring tank problems (leaky/faulty).

I purchased a Luxe S with included SKRR tank on march 24th. Upon receiving the unit i noticed the tank was leaking E-Juice all over the “brand new” MOD. I contacted customer support and spoke to someone named “Wendy Zhang” who asked me for video of the issue, pictures of my box, and proof of purchase which i provided... then I was “transferred to the engineer” which was just Wendy again but now she wanted to know, what kind of e juice, how often it leaked, and a whole collection of useless questions instead of admitting they sold me a faulty tank (which i sent them video proof of) I asked them if they could please fix the issue and they never responded. I had to spend an extra $40 on a usable tank, if you were my friend i’d tell you to stay far away from this company...

Have this vape for over a year now and it's absolutely amazing. Airflow on the stock tank is incredible, hardly any leaks, and with proper batteries and CCell coils they last for an entire day!

Swag II tank- Half the liquid I buy winds up in my pocket as the tank constantly leaks. Customer service offered to replace it, which only took 2 months to get through their system, only to enjoy the sweet smell of Vaping liquid in my pockets again. If you have money to blow, don't care about constantly having to wash your clothes and buy juice every week- then this tank is for YOU!

Terrible customer service, sent an email 3 days ago asking for assistance still no response. On my third vape from them in 2 months. But 'there's a warranty' ya if you can get a response. Which you won't. If I get a response from the email I will update my review.

(This is where I presume most people give up on trying to get their £17.99 refund).

My device has been 3 years already, the battery still good! Amazing company.

Recently purchased replacement coils for an armoire pro vape. I paid almost $40 for six. Almost three weeks later, they finally arrived from China.
Once I was able to change my coil on the vape, I installed the new one purchased directly from the site. Every time I smoke it now, the e liquid is popping and burning my tongue!!!!!! I reached out to customer service who said that I could receive $12 back for five unopened coils but I would also have to back to ship it back to China. I’m in Atlanta. What a scam!!

I love their products, especially the Vaporesso GEN and Swag 2.
They are supreme quality, and their products can even be firmware-updated from your Mac.

But hey Vaporesso, please use USB-C instead of Micro USB. Please!

der Mod/Akkuträger von Vaporesso ist in Ordnung, aber Vorsicht bei den Tanks der NRG Tank z.b. verliert die ganze zeit seinen Deckel bei mir, absoluter Schrott, nicht kaufen! Keine Kulanz vom hersteller oder Händler! Der erste Deckel ist nach sagenhaften 4h abgefallen, dieser Schwarze Deckel ist nur auf den ausklappbaren nachfüllstutzen gesteckt, damit hällt er leider sehr schlecht. Außerdem läuft der Tank durchgängig bei aus!

Wie gesagt Mods kann man kaufen, Tanks nicht!

the mod / battery carrier of Vaporesso is fine, but beware of the tanks of the NRG tank for example, the whole time loses its cover, absolute scrap, do not buy! No goodwill from the manufacturer or dealer! The first lid has fallen off, after fabulous 4h, this black lid is only put on the fold-out refill, so unfortunately he keeps very bad. In addition, the tank liquid runs out often!

As I said, mods can be bought, tanks not!
