When logging into their system, I receive "you haven't placed any orders yet" under Order History. BUT, Vapzron was QUICK to charge my credit card.

Halo and Vaprzon
I have been doing business with Halo and Vaprzon for many years now and have had nothing but good results. I recently placed an order I made a mistake on ( ordered 00 mg and wanted 18 mg), and immediately sent out an email to correct my order. The next day I received and email telling me it had already shipped and to allow it to be returned and they would correct the order and resend it. They did just that. This was not their mistake but they didn't charge me any additional shipping. Competing in a ruthless market, complying with an onslaught of government regulation and still delivering the best e-juice I've had I think their doing well for their customers.

They don't call you back when emailed. It took me a long time to type this with. One left finger and lost right side. I guess this place isn't for disabilities I guess I'll cancel.

I would give Vaprzn zero stars if I could. The customer service is dreadful - if you can get a hold of anyone! They don't back up their products. Overall, terrible experience. Do not recommend!
subpar quality at premium prices
They keep jacking up the prices of everything. When I ordered my halo zero kit, it was $35 per kit, $5 per replacement pod. Now they're $100 per kit, and $10 per pod. Mind you, this is for a product that leaks half your liquid after just a few hits! I understand that inflation has been difficult, but doubling the price of your product all of a sudden is disgusting.
Horrid customer service
Horrid customer service. Cannot get a hold of them via email, phone, chat and even contacting Halo. They sent two dead batteries and will not respond to any of my requests for credit or two new batteries, which I am once again buying for $54.00. I don’t care how good their product is, if the customer care is horrible it reflects badly on the product.

I have been very patient but wow, Luke kept saying “oh this week it will be shipped” “oh next week” “Late next week” now it’s Late next, next, next week and still nothing. He has not replied to my emails. I have dealt with this before with another weak company and will get my money back..

Am getting pretty fed up -- and the reviews here don't exactly give me any sense of solace that I'll receive my order any time soon, if ever. Their tracking is a joke: why should I have to download a separate app (that doesn't work, by the way) to find where my order is? On their site, it says 'fulfilled,' so...where is it? I paid quite a bit for shipping and will definitely dispute this with the credit card company if this isn't delivered to me. Will never use Vaprzon again.

I used to order from Halocigs directly and never had a problem for over 5 years. But every order since Vaprzon took over it has been a horrible experience after horrible experience. No order confirmation is ever sent or receipt, status forever shows unfulfilled, when I contact them they say its shipped, when I ask for the tracking info I paid for, they say its not available due to technical issues. If i ask for a refund, they refuse, extremely bad customer service, horrible shipping process. I don't know how a company like this is allowed to be in business.
Good service
Aside from the ridiculous signature charge and delivery times because of our stupid new laws vaprzone is a legit service. Its literally the only way to get Halo liquid delivered to my door so I'm not complaining too much.

Excellent product. It takes a very long time to receive it.
The ugly part is the delivery guy, he pulled in my driveway and I had to wait for him haha I can't believe it. I wanted to give a second chance to this company but the delivery person is beyond being rude and act like he is doing us a favor. Only this it's enough to give up to your product cause you guys can't handle to pay someone more skilled about delivery. He also pulled in my driveway blocking me to enter my house!! Good bye Vaprzon it has been a second awful experience.

Yeah, stay away...
Long time Vaprzon user here, spent a lot of money over the years. Yeah, I don't know what has happened over there in the last 3 months, but they have gone majorly downhill. Used to get orders within a week, or so. Now, my last purchase took 1 month. Contacted them, they offered to resend the order (at no cost to me, which it should be, my order never arrived). I informed them I've had to make purchases in the meantime, and this was an inconvenience to me, I should be offered some kind of compensation. They said there was nothing they could do and passed the buck to their carrier (GIO Express [that's a whole other horrible review] I contacted them and they are incompetent to the Nth degree. Told me they didn't know where it was, so I asked "So, you're telling me it's lost?" and he said, "It's not lost, we just don't know where it is..." Okaaaay, but I digress. Look at their website, it's archaic at best, straight out of the 90s) So, after being fed up with the BS, I asked them to cancel my substantial order, they said they'd put it through. Days go by, and I notice the refund has not gone through, now I'm getting aggravated. Contact them again, they inform me the refund will not go through until the order is returned to them... the order that has been lost for a month due to GIOs incompetence. Now, I'm really getting agitated. I informed them that's not how refunds work, the issue is out of my hands. Now, it's between GIO and Vaprzon, and has nothing to do with me. It's not my fault the order is out there in the ether, and I want my money back. "Sorry, nothing we can do." I'm at my wits end, so I mention the Attorney General... "Ok, my manager has informed me to put your refund in right away...". 3 days later, the refund finally arrived. I apologize for the long review, but the moral of the story is this: STAY AWAY from Vaprzon. It's unfortunate, but I really believe the way they are doing business now, they're on their way out, and when they do, they're taking your money with them
