Same as everyone else
Same as everyone else. I’ve ordered several times and always takes 5-6 weeks before I get my order. This last time 4 weeks waiting I contacted them and they got back with me that whomever they use for shipping states it was delivered. I waited another week and contacted them again to be told that they would have to contact the delivery company for proof of delivery and if they can’t produce it then they can resend or refund order but it would take a week. Order/payment/shipped February 4-8 weeks from placing order they finally contact me that it was going to be refunded. Horrible service-never get order and it takes forever for customer service to do anything. DONT ORDER FROM THEM. I emailed Halo to see if their are retail stores or another online vendor because this company is clueless.
3 weeks, no goods, no response
I placed an order more than 3 weeks ago, shipped the next day with tracking info. After 10 days or so, tracking hadn’t changed at all so I contacted them and was told I’ll have to wait until my order hit 3 weeks before they would ‘investigate.’ So after 3 weeks and still no goods, I contacted them again, no response. Looks like I’ll have to dispute the charge with my bank’s fraud department - goods paid for but not received. Take your business elsewhere.
Took my money but never shipped.
