Do not support this business / Neremkite šio verslo

EN - i have received damaged goods. the customer service was poor, no alternatives have been offered upon pickup (no refund or swap offer has been made, no discount applied, not even an apology). i do not recommend supporting this business

LT - gavau pažeistą prekę. aptarnavimo lygis labai prastas, atsiimant nebuvo pasiūlyta jokia alternatyva - nei pakeisti prekę, nei grąžinti pinigus, nei suteikti nuolaidą. jokio atsiprašymo taip pat nesulaukiau. nerekomenduoju remti šios firmos

bad delivery, no trust

Skelbia gera kaina, o prekiu neturi. Rezultate gaunasi arba negauni, arba gauni veliau ir rezultate tokia pat kaina, kaip pirktum kitur.

They are cheating with delivery - promoting good price but later cannot deliver and in result you pay same price like in other shops

Ir kas blogiau, kad jie ne informoja. lauki dvi savaitas, skambinai ir jiem px.

Be aware that just because their site says they have something in stock, it does NOT mean actually do. It only means they THINK their supplier has it in stock. But in two cases, their supplier had nothing and they dont ever look to update their website until after you place an order.
Whats worse is that they dont contact you either, for each of the two instances i waited two weeks before finally contacting them only to be told that they dont have the product.
They could case less that you waited so long and that there is nothing to be done.

Poor customer service and communication

In August 2018 I was searching for a laptop that I could use for work (software development). I found a refurbished one in varle.lt with the decent parameters and a reasonable price. I had to buy it first before I could have a closer look at it since they did not have one at the store in Panevėžys. Besides some scratches around the screws (when refurbishing the battery was changed and I assume that was the reason), it looked fine. After I took it home and tried out, I found out that the computer would heat up so much that I could not keep it in my lap and the ventilation was making surprisingly loud noise (even when not running CPU intensive tasks). I decided to return it because of these obvious flaws. In the same store manager quickly filled the form and denoted that I want to get the refund, said that after their technical staff would look at it, I would get an answer in 2-5 days and it should not be a problem.
And then the mess started. Afterwards, I had not heard from them for 2-3 weeks, so wrote myself to the manager. He pointed me to sales project manager who then answered that the laptop was sent to the manufacturer (where and who the manufacturer was he did not define) and said to be patient (?!). How about them explaining this in the beginning so I could decide if it was even worth the effort sending the laptop hell knows where? So I was warned that it would take some time (even more than had already passed). Another week later I got an answer that computer has passed all the tests and is in working order so I was welcome to fetch it. I asked for more details - what were the tests they ran, what were the specifications for the temperature and noise levels for this model. They said that I would get the answer to my email. Even though during the following week I had not received the promised email and I informed them about it, they still repeatedly asked me to take the computer. Since I was not in the city at the time, I asked my mother to get the computer. At the store she met another salesman who said that there was no answer from the warranty service servicenet.lt and he was in doubt that the computer was tested at all, thus he did not give it to her. I went there myself in a couple of weeks and got it back. I could not get a refund and the staff only gave me a copy of an answer email that they have received from servicenet.lt. It stated that the laptop had scratches around the screws on the bottom and it looked like somebody tried opening it (apparently they are not keeping track of the state they sell refurbished computers in and then assume that customer is the one responsible) and that it was technically okay. I was suggested to write to this service myself with RMA key and then they should provide me with details (finally..). So I wrote servicenet.lt with the same request to give me test information and gave an explanation about the scratches around the screws. I got an answer that I would get details the same day since the mail, forwarded to a relevant person, was labelled "urgent". It has been a week and they did not get back to me.
Lessons learned - choose another retailer than varle.lt, since they do not care about their customer and do not value his/her trust. From varle.lt one cannot get a proper service where they would clearly state in the beginning that they are not willing to return money for a product, cannot expect that they would keep their words and answer in time. I wish I would not need to be the one asking again and again for information which might not even be there (to this day I do not know who was testing the computer (manufacturer or servicenet.lt) and if the computer was tested at all). It seems that they only created a user account on Windows (not even resetting the environment afterwards) and that is about it.
I got very tired of going though this process and still want to warn other customers to be aware of what they might experience with varle.lt (including servicenet.lt).

Good, but not great.

When it comes to customer service and quality delivery this shop is great, I have asked questions which I got solid and polite answers to, I bought games there in the past and they all arrived within estimated times, I received no damaged goods, etc. However, using their site is a bit of a pain: often times products are named without any clear guidelines. For instance, scrolling through electronics is tiring, because the product listings have different amounts of information: sometimes all of a computer‘s specifications are crammed in the name, sometimes it‘s just the actual name of the product and some unclear numbers. It‘s inconsistent and feels like a mess at times.

Also, recently I‘ve been searching for a small budget laptop and I was really surprised by the lack of options. I‘m not really talking about a lack in model variety – I was specifically annoyed by the fact that every laptop I checked out had a german keyboard layout. I just didn‘t want to use a QWERTZ style layout and had to go search elsewhere. That‘s why I need to criticize the size of the product catalogue a bit.

If you don‘t mind that the product search might be a bit confusing and you can find exactly what you‘re looking for, I would say that there is no reason not to use their services: the prices are definitely not bad and the delivery services seem reliable.
