I would highly recommend using Claim It Back to anyone. Unfortunately I didn't know until the end of our build how valuable this might have been and wished I'd of known this and found them earlier. Having been handed two carrier bags of receipts from our (not very good) project manager, Wayne helped to guide me through the process of what I could and could not claim and also go back to trades who had charged me VAT shouldn't have. I literally wouldn't have been able to do this task without his help. Wayne was always so prompt at responding (even before going on holiday) and when I had not been in touch for weeks or months due to waiting on various issues, he always picked up from where we left off as if it was yesterday. I had the same excellent experience. Wayne was superb. He did so much work for a very modest fee. He was very responsive and also gave good advice on strategy, as mine was a tricky case with unusual circumstances. After almost three years (don't ask - but certainly no fault of Wayne's), HMRC agreed and refunded several thousand pounds so I'm delighted with the outcome. This company is truly outstanding!! To say they earn their very cheap charge is an understatement. Wayne is on the ball constantly they fight your corner and keep you constantly updated. To say they will save you thousands of pounds is an understatement. I personally can not recommend them highly enough. We completed a barn conversion and instructed this company to deal with not only the complicated vat claim but also you can’t make a mistake. If you mess up your claim can be lost.
