Edited: I was contacted back by Vaultcord, and the whole thing was indeed a misunderstanding. I was able to work out a refund, and the support was very kind and understanding as well about the situation!

I just bought a premium one month plan and then when I tried to watch the tutorial videos many times over, my server never backed up. I waited and tried many times over and still nothing happened at all. I joined the Vaultcord support discord and tried to contact through the support bot. It was not accepting any DMs. I went to ask in the general chat if I can have some help because I couldn't message the support. I decided to email them directly with the attached email provided in their contacts.

Owner helped me directly with my issue. Best Discord backup system ever, i transferred from Restorecord to this and im highly satisfied till now everything worked without bugs or errors while with rc i had some issues at setup. I highly suggest Vaultcord to everyone best service you could get.

Better than the rest
Had and one month premium plan, now have upgraded to a yearly one, such high quality website and service, I prefer over competitors such as restore cord and they don’t steal ips 🫶

Unfortunately, your review is not coherent and doesn't add up. If someone was lacking the laziness trait, they would be hard working.
We haven't denied service to anyone. Haven't found the need to since the government isn't telling us we must remove anyone yet. We also can't find any support interactions with a user in Iceland.
This reviewer's blank profile and only 1 review indicates a fake review pattern. Especially since the only upvotes to this post are other blank profiles with zero activity.

really nice member restore service for discord, much better than restorecord for several reasons, including the customization and freedom to do things such as having a custom designed verify page on a custom domain and also selecting what you want to see. the prices are really nicely priced and overall this is a great software.
