I deposited many times on this platform over several months, but the experience has been extremely frustrating.
Bonuses and free spins often do not arrive automatically and I constantly have to contact live chat support to receive them manually. Also their slot never pays and the bonuses are offered daily just to take your money.

Support repeatedly says the issue will be solved “soon”, but then days pass without any resolution. The latest free spins from a promotion were never credited to my account even after contacting support multiple times.

The main issue is not losing money in casino games, but the poor customer service, delayed promotions, repetitive copy-paste responses, and constant technical problems. Other casino platforms handle promotions instantly, while here almost every bonus becomes a support ticket.

Messy site and unclear welcome bonus! Made a deposit to use the welcome bonus on the casino but for no reason it ended up on the sports, back and forth I had to cancel the bonus!
