One of the worse sites around, don't even attempt to join. Go elsewhere, as someone that uses several different sites this is one of the worse ive wasted time on.

Closed my account as soon as they took my money, requiring proof of funds for a £10 total deposit? Joke of a company.

Deposited today, had two bets today, one won = Account locked! Phoned customer services- my account is closed. Have given them 24 hours to return my money. Regulator needs to know about the people they license ☹️

Don't waste your time. their customer support are unknowledgeable and take forever to reply with something that is irrelevant. hide rules on bets behind 20 pages of T&C and expects customers to know that. i'm fortunate enough to have made money on the site and left before this effected my money. very poor quality for a bet maker. only use them for the promotion (and use a lay bet against it) and then leave them. if enough people do this they'll lose enough money to not be able to exist anymore and not be able to cause these issues.

Came here to share my experience with this company and, what a surprise it has such a low score. I've had a few issues, nothing major, but when I've had to deal with their customer service it's like talking to a robot! They never really do anything other than quote stock answers which they probably have to copy and paste into the chat field. Even when I complained about the simplistic, unhelpful, irrelevant drivle responses, I got a similar response from thier complaints team!

Vbet are now refusing to let me withdraw my money. I deposited using Apple Pay, which creates a unique Apple Pay 'card number' for payments. So, when trying to withdraw to the same card, it's showing a different 4 digits when entering the actual details.

The live chat have no understanding that this is how Apple Pay works, so they are refusing my withdrawal, telling me to withdraw to a card number that does not actually exist.

This is a scam company, and I am reporting them to the gambling commision and to trading standards.

Every time I make a deposit they restrict the account for 'security' ..
Did the same last month and month before .. they set my limit on the account after I provided them personal info so why block the account every month ..
iv just told live chat agent Lucy to close the account it's not worth it every month .

They take your money and when you win they make excuses that they can’t pay you. I have spent 2 days on to customer services and they make me send images of my bank cards and bank statements just to tell me there’s an error and I need to make more deposits to get my money out. They are a scam! Do not use

Came to check the reviews after having some carry on with this site trying to withdraw money , clearly am not the only 1 , asked for photos of driving licence, bank card , pdf of bank statements, trustly statements ,PayPal pdf, 28 emails and a week later I had to close my account and the only way to get money back was to open a neteller account which I never even deposited with them before , and send all verification details of that too , scam company don't go near them!!!

Omg these reviews are astonishingly awful. This as certainly put me right off. I think you as a company really need to take notice of these reviews as it’s not good for business. Respect and value customers values and reviews as it’s important and to see these awful reviews only makes me think that this company won’t be around for long that’s for certain.

Very prompt resolution to my verification issue, I had entered the wrong DOB. Decent UI and so far so good. Made a bit of profit and the withdrawal was in my account in minutes. Can't complain so far.thanks

Another terrible bookie - you opt in to promotions and bet in line with their T&C's, and still struggle to get the bonuses honoured. Generally use the 'sorry we were doing maintenance' nonsense excuse.
Other bookies are much better, i.e., Ladbrokes who honour bonuses almost immediately.
