I regret opening an account here despite the bad reviews I’d already seen. They took my money, provided no service, and then demanded additional documents even though I had already submitted them in advance. This has been the most unprofessional and frustrating bookmaker I’ve ever dealt with. For now, I’d strongly advise everyone to stay away. I’ll update if anything changes.

Had no issues taking my money for years, but as soon as I win they start asking for documentation... why didn't they ask for this in the years prior?? Very suspicious so closed my account.

Signed up and my account was closed with no explanation. All the information I provided was completely genuine.

Completely useless, opened an account, instantly closed without reason. Pathetic

Hopeless.. just opened it yesterday…. After an hour on online chat, finally was able to do deposit money, got a welcome email, and one hour later for no reason whatsoever, before id even placed a bet, they closed my account!

I signed up, deposited a tenner, the £10 never want into the balance. Never have I ever deposited money on a gambling site before and it never reached the balance. It’s absolutely ridiculous, I contacted live support and they couldn’t do anything other than say to me it’s been left with the relevant team and they’ll be in touch via email and this will be resolved. I asked how long roughly it would take and live chat said they couldn’t tell me that. I mean this sounds and looks dodgy asf, let alone it being the first time ever that my money has never reached the account. It's a complete money-trap designed to lure in losers!

I didn't play seriously after I opened my account on Vbet and kept (mostly) losing for a few weeks. When they noticed this, they increased my betting stake (so that I may bet larger sums). Took a break and did not play for a few months on Vbet. A few days ago I decided to return to Vbet and play seriously. Deposited 12$ (left in my Skrill account) and started playing (and winning). Made it to 410$ till yeaterday. Today, I put a 200$ bet on a PHL hockey game (Bet ID: 5038865330) after I saw that the home team got a Power-Play. I bet for that team to score the 1st goal. Just a few seconds after I placed that bet, the home team scored and I won. But, they voided my bet and returned it!!! And after this they stake-factored me down to 0.10$ for any game, so that I cannot bet anymore! I contacted the support but they accused me of "knowing the reusult of the bet"!!!!!! An absolutely disgusting and idiotic claim. Nothing more than a ridiculous excuse to ban me stealthly by stake-factoring me down to 0.10$! How can I know a result of a bet which has not been settled and is still available for betting on your platform?!! I was watching a free-stream of that game with a 20-30 seconds of time lag! Also, I'm not stupid and if I knew the result of that bet beforehand I would've bet all my balance on it and would not have placed a bet worth 200$!

They have the most aggressive stake-factoring that I've ever seen! Did not even allow me to make it to 1000$ beforw they shadow-banned me because I was winning!

Stay away at all costs! Their only aim is to attract losers and will shadow-ban you if you win a few games in a row!

Very VERY small returns for your investment then just before your week of losses are up and after you've place quite a large sum in total, They restrict your account and do NOT pay out for your losses 😡

Do not use this company at all cost. I placed a bet with this company for over and under goals in games. I bet won for only to my shick and disbelief that apparently I places and Asian bet on 3 results to effect my final pay out. I have all the screen shots I have never herd off an Asian bet nor have I ever used I my final payout on my bet slip was £2200 as very team won they come back to me because off thus again bet the final payment they would give me is just under £900 its absolutely disgusting and the company and site is misleading and manipulate the best changes them to benefits the site and make sure the customers are at a disadvantage after 3 weeks off waiting and dealing with sending emails and emails still not received and updated outcome or explanation the company now have sent me and email and said they have closed my account. I am taking them to the ombudsman and the independent gambling commission they are not getting away with this and thunk they can trat customers like this absolutely disgusting please everyone stay away from them they should ot be allowed to trade the company is corrupt to the core. must be the worst sports betting site I have ever come accross. Support is either incompetent or made to be bad on purpose. My sister had the same issue when she was asked for a selfie for verification for about 6-8 times (which she complied with every single time)...

Dealing with VBet is terrible!
My debit card expired and I didn't realise as I don't place bets often. I have £70+ in my account which they told me was going to be made dormant. I've uploaded my new debit card details, but they won't accept the new card without proof ie either a statement of closure of the previous card or, after some wrangling on my part, a copy of the new card's statement. As it's a debit card, any bank statement does not show any of the card details they say they want to see.
My advice is AVOID VBet. They seem to have no idea of how a debit card works with a bank account and now I'm wondering if they have anything to do with/any real experience of the UK at all.
They also told me to send them a screenshot of my Skrill account (I don't have one) or some other account I've never heard of. Made me wary as neither my bank nor PayPal allow screenshots of your account.
Very frustrating and irritating. I've lost patience and just told them to close the account and give the money to charity!
