High quality ebike with great costomer service

I bought LEXO 20 more than TWO years ago and I am still using that for commuting with no problem.I got a flat tire and also needed a replacement of brake pad and I called them and they provide me a pick up and drop off service which helped me alot because I do not have a car.They also answered my emails immidiately which is awsome.
I suggested this company to my friends and two of them bought another modle which are different from mine and they are verry happy with their purchase.
For sure recommend vbike for electric bike.

Despite a fantastic first impression…

Despite a fantastic first impression and experience with the purchase and delivery of the bike, I'm having a poor experience.

200km of riding has resulted in creaking pedals, squealing brakes, screeching when I turn the handles, and both handle bar wraps have had the stitching come undone.

Bike is about 9 months old now, was parked for the winter, and I'm in a position where I need to pay $65 for pick up/delivery of my bike for service, and not only is there going to be a charge to tune/repair this all up, I won't know what it is until after they have the bike and come up with a quote.

Have never purchased a bike before without first tune up included when buying from a local/small type shop. I can pay slightly more than vbikes taxi fee to have someone come do an onsite tune up and never be without my bike.

Communication is pretty terrible when the owner is the one answering emails. Asked him to schedule a pick up if he could guarantee no extra charges, or at least tell me what the charges could possibly be in advance. Next thing I saw in my email was an invoice for pick up, figured I had my answer and paid the invoice. Once I confirmed pickup/drop off invoice was paid, Vahid advised he couldn't tell me about costs until after they had the bike!!??

Ended up cancelling the bike pick up, and now have to choose between a at least a dozen services that have mobile repair/tune up shops and will fix everything up for less than $125 and no days lost to the bike being in the shop. Kind of makes Vbike look like a joke in terms of after sales service.

Suggest looking at other options with higher quality product/craftsmanship and better service options with people who stand behind their product.

I'm glad I don't leave reviews right after I receive an item, this would have been 5 stars within the first couple weeks of owning the bike. I hope you take into consideration that other reviews may only be based on early impressions.
