Didn’t receive order
Didn’t receive order, Evri delivered it to the wrong address, Veenas said they were investigating but then stopped responding, had to get refund from Amazon.

I have ordered few groceries and vegetables from Veenas . I am a regular
customer of Veenas . initially I had an issue with delivery as it was sent in 2 different boxes , one got delivered on date other one was delayed. But the customer service was amazing. Even though there was a delay it was well packed, I got them fresh and was ready for my Onam.

Very good customer service and helpful staff. Nice soothing background music and shop always smell nice too. Good priced tibbi / Ayurveda and herbal medicinal items that are not easy to find.
