Thank you for your feedback, and we’re very sorry for the frustration this caused. As we are a marketplace platform, we were only notified of this issue when you had emailed our support team yesterday and investigated immediately, responding to you this morning.

Your order (#451619) had already been refunded by the seller (BrightRetail1) on 9 September 2025, and a confirmation email would have been sent at the time (it may have landed in your junk folder).

We completely understand how disappointing this situation must have been, though we hope it’s clear that we acted promptly once notified and that your refund was processed correctly.
