Ami cat biscuits
The product I bought, Ami cat biscuits, is always a hit with cats. I’m getting to know the new man🐈in my life, after the painful decision to euthanase my last🐈⬛ who had survived a car accident but her kidneys stopped working. It’s strange, but knowing he’s enjoying the same biscuits she loved, is somehow helping. Although he’s young, the RSPCA was going to euthanase him, because their facilities are all full. The only reason for the 4 star, not 5, is that the parcel was dumped in the foyer of my block of flats, and the delivery driver lied about where it had been left. My neighbour found it and delivered it to me (I’m housebound and can’t walk far). Veggiepets did everything right. Thank you.

Veggie pets are an awesome company
Veggie pets have served up my little housemate the healthiest, least toxic meals since she was 8-10 weeks old. Ziggy is now 10years old. The vets have given her 12 out of 10 for her fur, teeth and general health. She has a gentle nature and I know this is because she's not eating the suffering contained in other foods. I mean if they're putting what they are in human's food, imagine the lack of care in the contents of some of the pet food.
Ordering is always a pleasure. Customer service is helpful and friendly. I'm so grateful, can't say it enough.
Dogs and cats don't have to live off all that trad processed stuff. We are what we eat and that's the same for them. If you're concerned about the Taurine levels, as a holistic psychotherapist who works with human nutrition....it's the quality that matters, not where it comes from. I choose to sprinkle a supplement capsule every couple days into Ziggy's food, but the wet and kibble food does have a good quality in it. Thank you !!!

Today is the final day of that window, and we’re pleased to see that your parcel was successfully delivered today - within the estimated timeframe for the delivery option you selected at checkout.
We completely understand how stressful it can be to run low on your pet’s food, so it may be helpful to know that we offer faster courier options from as little as £1 extra if the 2-5 working day delivery timeframe you selected for this order doesn’t suit your needs in the future.
There was a small issue caused by the courier not collecting our parcels on time, but to counter this, we upgraded your courier service free of charge to ensure your order still arrived within your original estimated delivery window.
As a goodwill gesture, we issued you a full refund for your postage (prior to this review), even though your parcel has not exceeded its estimated delivery timeframe.
We always do our very best to support every customer quickly and kindly - we’ve responded to your emails within 24 hours, your order has arrived within the estimated timeframe, we upgraded your courier service free of charge to ensure it still reached you within your original delivery window (even though the issue was caused by the courier), and we refunded your delivery costs as a gesture of goodwill.
We’re therefore very disappointed to see that you’ve chosen to leave a small ethical business a 1-star review despite there being no service failure. However, we will take your feedback on board to see if there is any way we can improve on the service we’ve given you on this occasion.
