Well where to start... This company has got it right, in every way!
Not only is their hairdryer the best I have ever used, as it's powerful, light to hold and protects your hair from unnecessary heat but, it's stand is just genius as it's magnetic so can be fixed on the wall.
I also cannot fault their customer service...they have truly gone above and beyond. Not only do they get back to you quickly, they listen and understand and truly do everything in their power to help.
I am impressed in every way and I have to give a massive shout out to Katie, their general manager. She is incredible.

I have dealt with Velair on a couple of occasions now and what a great company, from speaking to their amazing polite Receptionists to their knowledgeable Technical staff along with super quick responses and support in resolving my issue, I have to say this is probably the best speedy service I have ever encountered to date anywhere !

Have just started using the Pebble Hand Dryer from Velair. Unlike traditional hand dryers the plug and play design of the dryer is fantastic. Our electrician replaced a traditional hand dryer with a Pebble unit yesterday. It took our electrician twenty minutes to complete the job from start to finish, where a normal traditional dryer change would take around forty minutes. Our electrician made the comment that it was the easiest hand dryer he had ever had to fit! The dryer looks sleek and modern. The noise level of the Pebble is very low in comparison to the incumbent dryers that were being replaced on this site. Our customer was extremely impressed with the dryer and the reduced noise levels! The greatest benefit for our customer with the Pebble Hand Dryer is the fact that the down time of the dryer due to any unforeseen faults will be reduced to minutes instead of days as any faulty units can be replaced by unskilled labour instantly without the need to supply the skilled labour of an electrician. i have seen many different hand dryers over the past twenty five years and i would say that the Pebble Hand Dryer if probably the most innovative, practical and stylish dryer that i have seen in this time. Defiantly a five star product.

Very good dryers that rarely malfunction but if they do then the repairs/replacements are really fast and support is excellent. Velair kept us in the loop and it only took 3 working days from collection from our client to delivery of the fixed unit.

Very pleased with the service we received from Veltia Hand Dryers. Miles recommended the V Fusion Hand dryer because this had an acoustic dampening system and exactly what we were looking for to ensure all visitors had a comfortable experience drying their hands within our washrooms.
As a Visitor attraction we are committed to accessibility and with our new Autism Friendly Hours the noise levels within our washrooms are kept to a minimum (66dB) and allows our visitors fell more comfortable on using the hand dryers.
