Their customer satisfaction guarantee says there is a 30 day trial - there is NOT. I purchased two pillows, opened one and tried it and found it really uncomfortable and hard. As they stated, I emailed them at the address shown to say I would like to return as the pillows were not suitablefor me. I was asked to send photos of the items (one of which was still pristine in its vacuum sealed packaging) and was informed the terms and conditions say returns are only allowed if there is a fault with the product. I only ordered as there appeared to be a good return policy.

This is not a trustworthy company and I would suggest you avoid.

Bought some pillows which were terrible quality. Tried to return under websites '30 day money back guarantee' policy but they wouldn't accept the return and eventually just stopped replying to my emails. Do not buy from these scammers.

I ordered on 22 may but nobody responded the messages on my parcel . It says “onderweg” but its clearly a scam. Nobody answering “client service”. They just took the money
