Excellent Support and Professional Service from Veleco

I had an issue with my scooter when the battery pack deteriorated, and I reached out to Veleco for assistance. Their response was impressively fast and professional. The guidance and support I received to adapt my scooter to a new lithium-ion battery system were outstanding.
Special thanks to Damian from the specialist service team, whose expertise and dedication made the whole process smooth and stress-free. His clear advice and proactive approach ensured that my scooter was back in perfect working condition in no time.
Overall, I am extremely satisfied with Veleco’s customer care and technical support. Highly recommended!

warenty work first class

i had a problem with the left hand wheel nut bring over torqued when trying to remove it the nut stalled on the axle preventing its removal the repair engineer was fantasiche had to grind the whell nut off and replace it on the scooter with a new shaft and nut, he came back to day09/12 2025 to replace the whell and tyre it took a little time to resolve but i can tell you they did a first class job and my draco scooter is as good as new if i need another one i will be with veleco again, they are nice people and a pleasure doing buisness with a big thanyyou love ny draco schooter in a fantastic gray every one whoo sees it loves the colour,
