Service was great did not expect it delivered next day! Very helpful. Oskar was great kept us updated with delivery times and was extremely polite!

For the first 1.5 years ownership of my veleco faster, service, attitude and helpfulness by veleco was very good. Have to wait months for repairs to be done as they only have one qualified mechanic in whole of United kingdom. As the faster gets older, it needs spares, buying them off veleco is very expensive as is p&p from Poland and takes far too long. United kingdom mobility repair companies will not take on these mobility scooters. Which is a big problem. Veleco do come to address of scooters, but take far too long to book/arrive/repair. Always best to have a second United kingdom recognised mobility scooter as back up, else you find yourself housebound for far too long. Spares are cheaper and arrive quicker bought second hand in United kingdom.

Delivered within 3 days ,I was told 5/ 6 weeks ,you can’t beat that .Driver was very helpful full marks to him .

Everything works great except that I don't have third gear. Is that normal for this 3 wheeler? It is a Veleco ZT15.

Vell done trained inner driver from the company Veleco to provided me full presentation and explained all documentation. Double checked my scooter if it is all right, even polished it for me. Highly recommended!

Picked up second hand ZT15 needed a bit of work and replacement parts. contacted Veleco direct and was amazed by the help I got. Needed a replacement Speedo for MPH. Reasonably priced and preset by there engineer, also sent Video clips as to how to replace. Highly recomended. ***** for service and help.

We received our scooters today as promised. The driver was courteous and friendly. He took great care in unloading and handling of the scooters. He was very thorough and knowledgeable with all the aspects of each scooter, even demonstrating on a test drive. the scooters are better than all the others we have tested! and the driver is a wonderful ambassador for your company and it's products,

The scooter is great value for money and has given me the ability to get out and about the delivery person was great he spent time to show me everything and very polite my only criticism is that when sold on EBay I thought I would receive the scooter with in a short amount of time it took a month from purchase to delivery they did refund me some of the price so well done for that

Delivery driver was amazing explained everything to my mother in detail showed her how everything worked , took her out on scooter so she could get used to it can’t thank him enough very friendly and pleasant asset too your company thank you soo much you made my mother a very happy lady 10/10 for scooter looks amazing and great price

I bought a veleco ZT15 white three wheeler £1050 with a £50 discount total price £1000
Very good machine clean curves easy to wash and keep nice
On a level road 4-8mph
Uphill 4mph to 8mph
Downhill 9mph to 18mph
Don't do this it wears the charge down my fault but great fun for 20 seconds I even overtook a Ferrari but it was parked hahaha
Autolamp after a little to and fro offered me a cover and a mobile phone holder but I already had these items so they redeemed me £50 instead.
Very good company to deal with they do try hard to please but I'm very hard to please I'm old man I'm entitled to be a grumpy gills
All is good the mobility scooter is very good my one little gripe was if only they supplied a spanner for the wing mirrors otherwise good company to deal with
