I ordered a jacket for my partner, it was too big and returned it at a cost of £27 on 3rd March, with tracking back to China. This was supposed to be a London based company. I waited and tracked the parcel, it arrive back in China and was supposed to be pick up but it was never claimed or picked up. I have tried to my contact to no avail. No refund! The jacket has been delivered back to me today .... It is all such a scam. DO NOT BUY ANYTHINE FROM THEM THEY ARE CROOKED.

I've been attempting to talk to a support person for MONTHS. They charged me right away for my order but never sent anything.

Scam don’t order from them. I purchased 3wks ago never got merchandise and tried to contact them there contact info is incorrect there was never any tracking information sent. Don’t order from these scammers.

Wish I did this research before. Email is wrong to check on your order. Of course. Ordered 2 weeks ago with only a confirmation email. So pissed.

Placed an order about 1.5 weeks ago (april 27) and only got a confirmation email and nothing else. I tried emailing and messaging on ig because normally by now it would be shippied (based on previous experience last Nov/Dec) but never heard back from them. Starting to seem like a scam. I'm hoping to hear back soon still but this is the worst because they are not cheap...

i ordered for over 140€, just got a confirmation email 2 months ago and they are not replying to any emails.

Got a confirmation email and nothing after that.
Bought 2 dresses, over 100 USD including shipping, received 0 dresses. It’s been 2 months. I’ve written several emails to them and no reply. Such a scam! DONT BUY FROM THEM!

It’s expensive, took a month and a half to even arrive (missing the event I ordered for) and when it did at last arrive, the fit was absolutely god awful. I have a bigger bust and hips and a smaller waist and the dresses that said they should fit in the size guide looked like belts, the bust area of the city girl dress was basically criminal exposure and the gatsby dress was just plain unpleasant, resembling pasties rather than a full dress.
There are no returns because of ‘high traffic’ which I find ridiculous as these are of absolutely no use to me and destined for landfill.

I placed an order a week and a half ago for a concert I have coming up in 2 weeks. Today I got an email saying my order was canceled as they don’t have stock to fulfill my order. I think I would normally be understanding if they 1. Didn’t take almost 2 weeks to let me know 2. There was no apology or any offer to that would let me get the discount that was available when I purchased my item.

I bought my gf dresses from here and she loves them! Highly recommend!

I always get my dresses here for the club or just a night out. Most of the dresses are pretty flattering because they have stretch but just the descriptions and you will be fine. I live in New York and the shipping was quick. I would highly recommend if you want quality pieces without breaking the bank.

Love this shop. Everything is high quality and beautiful. Highly recommend.
