I have been trying to return my item manually through emailing velour garments support email as I can’t use the portal because of where I’m based, and have been completely ignored for 10 days. I am trying to get it sorted within their 14 day return window but have been quite disappointed with the fact I have heard nothing from them despite follow up emails.

Item Out Of Stock After Order Placed
I ordered my favorite color. After placing the order, I was told the item was out of stock and that I could choose a different color. I don’t like the color I ended up receiving. It does not make sense for me to return the shirt as the shipping costs more than the shirt itself. Wish I received the color that I ordered to begin with.

I honestly can’t praise Velour Garments enough. The quality is truly unmatched. Every piece feels incredibly premium, and the craftsmanship and attention to detail are simply outstanding. The products are absolutely beautiful and the quality is beyond anything I expected.
The customer service is equally exceptional – so fast, incredibly kind, and genuinely helpful. It’s rare to find a brand that excels both in product quality and customer care.
One small thing to keep in mind if you’re taller: my husband is 1.90 m (6’3”), and for him the shirts and sweaters were just a little short. Of course, that also comes down to personal preference and how you like your clothes to fit.
As for me, I’ll be buying all of my clothes here from now on. Highly recommended! ❤️
