I ordered a sweater together with a tracksuit set and both items exceeded my expectations. The fabric is really soft and the sizing was accurate, which does not always happen with online purchases. Shipping was extremely quick since it came from a warehouse in the United States and arrived in just four days. I contacted support about changing the color and received a quick and friendly response.

ANSWER TO YOUR REPLY:Your reply is an insult to my intelligence. After SO MANY EMAILS BACK AND FORTH AND THE MERCHANDISE RETURNED TO YOU, THE LEAST YOU CAN DO IS REFUND MY MONEY. IT WAS NOT ONLY THE COLOUR IT WAS THE ALL PRODUCT DOES MOT MATCH WHAT YOU ARE ADVERTISING AND THAT TO ME IS FRAUD.

After trying many no show socks that constantly slipped down during the day, these finally solved the problem. They stay in place the whole time and feel very soft when wearing them. Even after washing them multiple times, the material still holds up well and the colors remain bright. The delivery was also very fast.

I recently ordered a pack of boxer shorts and was pleasantly surprised by how comfortable they are. The cotton material feels very breathable and much better than I expected for the price. The sizing was accurate, which is always a relief when ordering clothing online. Since shipping now comes from a warehouse in the United States, the delivery was quick and there were none of the usual international delays.

While browsing online for winter clothing, I came across a store that immediately caught my attention. The fabric quality turned out to be excellent and looked exactly like it did in the photos. Their sizing guide made it easy to choose the right size and the fit ended up being perfect. They’re easy to slip on and they’re actually quite comfortable in my shoes which I didn’t get them for that. I got them because I like to wear socks in my house but ones that have a little grip.

Th3 shipping of the product, and the customer support had been very poor. I would not recommend this product unless you have 3-4 weeks to wait. I wish I had the product to review, but so far it's only been the poor service.

Their website says "30 Day Money Back Guarantee"...which is BULLSHIT.
I ordered a sweater, the same size as all my other clothes...it was TOO SMALL. I asked to send it back for a refund. They Refused. I said I'd cover the return shipping cost, as is customary, Instead they insisted on sending a 2nd sweater in the next larger size.
It was ALSO TOO SMALL.
THEY REFUSED TO REFUND MY PAYMENT.
I've opened a case against them with Paypal to get my money back.

We ordered the men's cotton boxer briefs. They were nylon. I emailed customer service stating we wanted to return them. They offered 15% refund, then 25% and final was 50%. Beware! They do not back the 30-day money back guarantee. You can not shop risk free and they falsely advertise their products. I filed a dispute with my bank to get a full refund.

Scam store that purchases cheap products from China. Website says that the products are cotton but that is not true. Also their 30 day money back guarantee is a scam since you have to pay 40$+ just to send it back to their Chinese warehouse. Read below if you want to know my experience.

Ordered "Carter cotton boxer briefs" that were advertised as 100% cotton. Took a while to arive and when I finally got them, they weren't even 100% cotton. Tag was in Chinese and the material composition was as followed:
95% nylon and 5% spandex for the fabric composition and 92.4% viscose, 4.6% spandex and 3% silk for the lining composition.
I tried emailing them about this false advertising but they were saying that this is normal and that I could get a refund if I sent the product back to China with my own money which would've been 40$ or they could offered me a 25% refund. Needless to say I will never be ordering anything through them again.

I ordered 4 pair of underwear , as I wanted to use specifically for golf the underwear has only had minimal wear due to shoulder surgery about a week ago I noticed a hole in the front of one pair around the "pouch" area. Contacted Velthentic and was informed that product was now outside the 30 day "warranty" period despite absolute minimal wear.
Was offered at 15% refund on the one pair purchase price

The socks are great for golfing, they hold great in our feet and don’t slip.
They are light and therefore cool.

Dishonest wording on the items. I would not trust this vendor. Very poor customer service and no resolution. Disappointing

I bought their men’s cotton underwear. The fit is perfect and very comfortable, especially since they have a pouch.

I ordered a 3X and got perhaps a Large or medium jacket. They have terrible customer service... almost non existent.

The company promised Kashmir and delivered a standard cotton sweater.
