Scam Chinese Store! Do not purchase clothing

Scam store that purchases cheap products from China. Website says that the products are cotton but that is not true. Also their 30 day money back guarantee is a scam since you have to pay 40$+ just to send it back to their Chinese warehouse. Read below if you want to know my experience.

Ordered "Carter cotton boxer briefs" that were advertised as 100% cotton. Took a while to arive and when I finally got them, they weren't even 100% cotton. Tag was in Chinese and the material composition was as followed:
95% nylon and 5% spandex for the fabric composition and 92.4% viscose, 4.6% spandex and 3% silk for the lining composition.
I tried emailing them about this false advertising but they were saying that this is normal and that I could get a refund if I sent the product back to China with my own money which would've been 40$ or they could offered me a 25% refund. Needless to say I will never be ordering anything through them again.

Underwearf Quality

I ordered 4 pair of underwear , as I wanted to use specifically for golf the underwear has only had minimal wear due to shoulder surgery about a week ago I noticed a hole in the front of one pair around the "pouch" area. Contacted Velthentic and was informed that product was now outside the 30 day "warranty" period despite absolute minimal wear.
Was offered at 15% refund on the one pair purchase price

Ripped off

The first replacement was because you sent me the wrong size from what I ordered!!!!
Your company and service are the most pathetic I have ever encountered..
This has been ongoing for 3 months.
I originally ordered 2 shirts. For the first order, you sent the wrong size; for the second you sent the wrong size and colour from what I ordered and it arrived 3 weeks later. Then I wanted a refund of $130. You refunded me $40, then another $20 because I demanded it. You then sent two replacements, both weeks apart, and both were absolutely tiny Medium sizes, not true to size at all.
Now when I request a refund for the remaining $70 you say NO, because I've already had a replacement!
The replacement was due to your mistake.!!!
Now I am $70 out of pocket and have skin tight shirts I will use for rags, and a terrible experience to remember. Then to top it off, you lie in the replies to reveiws. Shame on you. I hope customers read this and no none else has to deal with your incompetence.

As i can see that we sent you 2 shirts and refunded you everything except shipping ($5.3 usd) for the first one, which had the delay you mentioned and for the second shirt we also refunded you the shipping out of kindness. If you got the wrong color you wouldve just needed to send us proof of that and we would have replacet it.

So in total you paid under $40 USD for 2 high quality cotton shirts and still feel like you were ripped of which we cant understand.

Dont be fooled.

They have a nice looking website that suggest that the garments are quality ...but

What arrives is barely Kmart quality...... Also ridiculously undersized.
XXL fits like an M..... unwearable.

Lets see how the money back guarantee goes...:(

Chased failed delivery and was told it…

Chased failed delivery and was told it was lost and another one was being expedited. Had to chase that one as well! Both deliveries failed to arrive and had to ask for refund.
Refund arrived but they wouldn’t refund postage! Avoid

I cant find you by that name but judging by what you wrote it could be either a delivery company error or an error of you for giving the wrong address. In those cases the items are sometimes lost and we can also not get them back, this is why we might have fully refunded you without the shipping. But i would need to look into the case to make sure.

Thank You Velthentic team for excellent customer service

I ordered 3 XL wool sweaters for my husband from Velthentic. Sweaters arrived on time. They were high quality thin wool sweaters. But XL were too small for him. I requested exchange to 2XL sizes from Velthentic. They were very good answering right away. They said there is no need to return the XL ones. If I pay for the shipping they are willing to send the 2XL sizes without and other change. I appreciate their handling the matter so smoothly and promptly.

I love these sox

I love these sox. Having previously had many types of ‘invisible sox’ and not found a type which I liked, I have been surprised that these are great.
They stay in place and are comfortable and cool. They was well and retain their shape.

An amazing experience but…

I have an amazing experience with the costumer service representative Emma. My order was lost and they send me another and I was happy to pay the shipping, however I received the different item. Once I communicated with Emma, I received the right product in the end. I'm giving only 3 stars even I loved the outstanding costumer service due to product quality is not as I aspected.

Highly recommend

Highly recommend. I ordered the size I thought would fit me but I needed one size up. They immediately sent me the right size and I made someone happy with the one that did not fit me. The "fur" is high quality and the classic fit is made to last for a long time. I will also say that their MEN underwear are a delight to wear. Thank you@!

There should be a zero star option

It took five weeks for sweater to arrive. I ordered an XL but I could tell just by looking at it that it was way too small. I couldn't confirm the actual size because there were no tags at all on the sweater. Fabric was very chintzy and there was a hole the size of a dime on one of the sleeves.

Customer service was a joke. After finally getting in touch with a representative, she said in order to get a refund I had to pay the shipping cost to return the thing. If I'd done this then I would've gotten about 20 percent of my money back. It wasn't even worth it.

A terrible experience all the way around.

In my opinion

In my opinion, my experience with Velthentic was extremely disappointing from start to finish.

I ordered a few pairs of underwear, and the sizing was completely off they were entirely too small despite following the size guide. On top of that, the quality did not meet expectations. The material felt cheap and not nearly as advertised.

What really frustrated me was the so called “risk-free” shopping and 30-day money-back guarantee. While technically they do offer returns, the catch is that you have to pay to ship the items back to China which costs around $30–$40. At that point, you’re practically losing the refund anyway. That’s not what most people would consider risk-free.

Almost immediately, they offered me 15% back to keep the items. When I declined, they increased the offer up to 50% but that’s before taxes and original shipping costs. It feels like they expect customers to settle instead of actually honoring a straightforward refund policy.

Overall, the process was a hassle and left me feeling like customer satisfaction isn’t a priority. I would not recommend spending your time or money here.
