Visited the stand at the Baby Show, very informative and great products

We had such a great experience with Katie at the Venicci stand during the Baby Show at the Excel. From the moment we started speaking with her, she was incredibly knowledgeable, enthusiastic, and genuinely passionate about the products she was demonstrating.

Katie took the time to walk us through the pram bundle in detail, clearly explaining all of the functions and features in a way that was easy to understand. She answered all of our questions with confidence and made sure we felt completely comfortable with our choice before purchasing.

What really stood out was how much she clearly enjoys her job – her enthusiasm was infectious and it made the whole experience feel relaxed and enjoyable rather than pressured. She’s exactly the kind of person you hope to meet when making an important purchase like this.

Thanks to Katie, we left feeling confident and excited about our pram bundle. We couldn’t recommend her more highly – Venicci are very lucky to have her!

I met Katie and of course Gary at the Venicci stand at the London baby show. Katie couldn’t have been more helpful making my conversation and the whole experience personal to me. We’ve been using the Venicci Upline 2 and honestly couldn’t be happier with it. From the moment we unboxed it, the quality really stood out — the materials feel premium and everything is really well thought out. The pram is sturdy but still surprisingly lightweight, which makes it easy to handle day-to-day.

One of the best features is how smoothly it pushes, even on rougher pavements, and the suspension makes a noticeable difference for the baby. The carrycot is really spacious and comfortable, and the seat unit is easy to adjust as your little one grows.

It’s also really practical for parents — it folds down quickly, fits nicely in the car boot, and the storage basket underneath is a great size for shopping or baby essentials.

The design looks great too. It feels stylish without compromising on functionality, and we’ve had lots of compliments on it already.

Overall, the Venicci Upline 2 feels like a high-quality, well-designed travel system that makes everyday life with a baby much easier. Definitely recommend it to anyone looking for something reliable, comfortable and good looking. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

We bought the Venicci Upline 2 for our son who was born in November and we absolutely love it! It's such an easy pram to use, especially when you have baby in one hand. The little chip for attaching the bag snapped at the weekend and I contacted customer services expecting to buy a replacement, and they immediately offered to replace it for us this week! Fantastic service, I wouldn't hesitate to contact for support again if needed. Thank you!
