Absolutely fantastic company with amazing customer service! True to their word with the 2 year guarantee! Gorgeous pram and will definitely use them again!

Yes beautiful pram company but an extremely disloyal company. My family live in Doncaster, and there is a pram company in Doncaster called’STORK’, that has been trading for OVER 75 years. Over the years, my family members have bought a few Venicci prams from Stork, but all of a sudden Venicci pulled the account from stork. What a total disgrace. The manager of the store, told my mother. The team at stork, had over the last few years won various sales awards from Venicci, and they have the trophies to prove that. What a disgrace to let down a 75 year old company and their customers, by pulling the account from stork after so many years WITHOUT a good reason or much notice. I left a one star and exactly same review for silver cross and your selves, as it is you both pram brands that have showed total disrespect and vicious disloyalty to STORK in Doncaster

We brought the venicci upline 2 for my daughter born in September.
Absolutely love the pram it’s so easy to use and looks stunning.
The clip that hangs the bag on the frame snapped I contacted customer support just had to send a couple details and they’ve sent a new one out straight away and replied within the hour.

We love our Venicci pram and travel system and use it daily. Unfortunately part of the straps on the bag which attach it to the pram snapped. I contacted Venicci to see if I could purchase new straps but they immediately arranged for new parts to be sent out to me at no cost. Great customer service, thanks very much!

I spoke to Sacha within the customer service team who has been very helpful & the customer service was brilliant. The quality of the pram I completely beg to differ. I reported my chassis which is veering off when on a slanted pavement or to be honest, not a flat surface which just isn’t ideal. I was given a loan chassis whilst they checked mine over, and it didn’t happen with that one, but I’ve been told by another member within customer service this is normal? Very strange. It is also creaking & was told the brake mechanism would be replaced, it unfortunately is still creaking. I’m now using the seated part of the pram and the hood has scratched so easily & the footmuff has clicked and has lots of pulls in the fabric after a few uses. Absolutely gutted for how much it cost and if I had the choice again I wouldn’t choose Venicci. I’ve scored 3 stars because I couldn’t fault the kindness of Sacha.

Great customer service. After I complained about broken zip in the bag after couple of months using it I have received reply the following day and been offered a new one straight away. Very pleased thank you x

Kelly was really helpful showing us the Tila pushchair. She was very knowledgeable and explained all the different aspects of the product.

What an amazing lady Katie is, we attended the baby show at the NEC today as my daughter in law is due in August and Katie made our day, she was so friendly, knowledgeable & straightforward advising us to visit other stands to compare products which we but having done so hastily returned and purchased a brilliant pram - we can’t wait to use it as it is so simple and practical and we will be recommending your firm to anyone who may need one - first class 👌

Harry at Venicci at the Baby Show was an absolute whizz. Super knowledgeable, patient, and incredibly helpful throughout. He took the time to answer all our questions thoroughly and made the whole experience really easy and enjoyable. Fantastic customer service — a real credit to the brand!

We attended the Baby Show in Birmingham today with the hope of finding my dream pram for our first baby. We headed to the Venicci stall first as I wasn’t entirely familiar with the brand however once Kate had talked us through everything, I felt I didn’t want to go anywhere else as I’d fallen in love with the Upline 3. Kate was so approachable, friendly and didn’t feel like she was pushing us to buy the product. She urged us to look elsewhere and come back if we had any questions. A few hours later and visits to other big brands, I knew I still wanted the Venicci not only because I loved the pram, but Kate’s love for her brand and her knowledge base was fantastic. Thank you so much Kate & the team, you made me feel comfortable to ask the silly questions and I’ve walked out purchasing the pram of my dreams for our first little one!

As a first time Mum, Gaz and Harry were super helpful at the Birmingham Baby Show today. They talked me through the prams and their functions, whilst being really friendly but also not pushy at all. Thank you both! Will definitely be recommending to friends.
