I’m extremely disappointed with my experience with Venom Motors.
After only using maybe only
four months of very light use, the battery completely failed. What made this worse was not just the issue itself, but how it was handled.
It took nearly a month of back-and-forth communication to even gپWe purchased a Grizzly electric ATV last year, and after only ab
oet a response. During that time, we were asked to troubleshoot extensively ourselves—disassembling parts and following online videos—rather than receiving proper support.
In the end, we were told the battery was defective, but the only solution offered was 10% discount on a replacement battery priced at around $600, plus shipping. That’s simply not reasonable for a product that failed so quickly.
To make matters more frustrating, I was able to find a better replacement battery on Amazon for nearly half the price—without any of the hassle.
We are repeat customers and also purchased an electric dirt bike from them, so this level of service is very disappointing. I expected a company to stand behind their products, especially when the issue happens so soon after purchase.
Unfortunately, bas
ed on this experience, I cannot recommend them.

Regarding the battery, our warranty policy classifies batteries as wear items, which means they are not covered long term. That said, we still stepped in and offered a discounted replacement as a goodwill gesture to help move things forward.
We also recognize that the troubleshooting process can feel lengthy. Our approach is to properly diagnose the issue first, especially with electrical components, so we can provide the correct fix and avoid unnecessary part replacements.

I can tell you I was skeptical
I can tell you I was skeptical. I own 5 motorcycles, from Harley’s to sport bikes. After receiving my new kp 150, I had a few problems. Rod with service has taken care of everything very professionally and prompt I would again buy from venom motorsports because of Rods attention to customer satisfaction, which you never find anymore. My problems aren’t yet fixed, but Rod is there every step of the way.

I bought a 150cc x21 automatic fully assembled and shipped right to my door. Great little bike and bang for your buck, turns heads too. Shout out to the lads at Venom ...UPDATED. That same bike is now dead on the driveway after only 1500 total km. 1 week now still waiting on confirmation the warrantied parts are even available.It took a cop to pull me over and ultimately save my life because as I slowly passed by him while he's giving some guy a ticket he noticed oil spewing everywhere towards the back tire leaving an oily mess behind . He caught up with me a few minutes later.Coupled with going 60 MPH on a wiinding country road,a total death trap . We both determined the oil was diluted with gas (faulty carburator)making it a fire hazzard on top of things for sure,you could totaly smell it ,and it was coming out of a hole that got blown out in the cylinder heads valve cover!!! Buyers remorse ??? YESSSSS!!!!!!! JUNK
