Title: Consistently Outstanding Support from Knowledgeable Local Staff

Every time I’ve needed help from VentraIP, their technical support team has gone above and beyond. Their patience, clarity, and deep knowledge never fail to impress me. It’s incredibly reassuring to speak with local Australian staff who truly understand the needs of their customers.

One of the things I value most is that their help desk is based in Australia, not outsourced overseas. While I have nothing against international call centres, it’s refreshing and encouraging to see an Australian company supporting local talent and providing consistently excellent service.

VentraIP sets the bar high when it comes to tech support. I always walk away feeling informed, supported, and confident in the service they provide. Keep up the fantastic work!

Extremely happy customer!

I have been a VentraIP customer for many years and I cannot ever fault their customer experience. Multiple websites, hosting packages, and domains and they are always so helpful.

Best Customer service I've ever experienced

More than a 5 star experience. Alex was absolutely fantastic. This has got to be the BEST !!! customer service experience I've ever had. Like Ever !!! and I'm 58. Alex was calm, considerate and helped me navigate to solutions. Thank you Alex you made my day

Excellent Customer Support Experience

Support was awesome, with very little wait. Tom has been incredibly helpful in identifying and resolving the issues made with my account. He was patient while I explained the problem and clearly knew his stuff, quickly figuring out what needed to be done.
My issue was resolved efficiently and professionally throughout the call. It is always great to see such effective and pleasant customer service. Massive props to the support team!
