Amazing fast service!

Hopeless. Website was always going offline and always had to explain that mailouts to 30k registered addresses are not spam.

Website went down and when it was finally unlocked, I found an unpaid invoice which they used to delete our website and data with. And they keep no backups.

George was an absolute lifesaver—exceptionally helpful, kind, and quick to assist with resolving some critical web health issues. His support was outstanding, and I truly can't thank him enough. I'm still not receiving emails. People are saying emails to my address are bouncing. I've spent a week trying to migrate my service to Ventra. I am on hold AGAIN, currently number 5 in line. If i ever get to speak to someone I'm going to attempt to get all emails from my address sent to gmail. I give up!!!

Have been with VentraIP for years, with my Australian & International website hostings, domains, emails etc, their service is amazing and second to none, they fix every problem with a quick phone call. I am a customer for life! Thank you
