Wonderful customer services.
I've never had any arguement regarding products, issues or refunds.
They are always helpful and polite, where other companies make you fight for your right for refunds etc. I've dealt with so many companies who have resorted to gaslighting me, so it is really nice that Veo never behave in that manner.
Good quality products that I don't feel l guilty about buying, as I know they are thoughtfully produced.
Informative listings that help you make an informed decision on products.
I always judge a company, not on issues but rather on how those issues are dealt with. After all, issues can be arise at any company, but dealing with those issues appropriately shows what a great company Veo is.
Others could learn a lot from them.

The company was extremely fast in their processing and delivering. When I made contact with them their communication was also fast and they were more than helpful. I had a question about the colour of my product and they went above and beyond resolving this for me. I am grateful for this company, what they do for the planet and the animals and how kind they are to their customers!

Goods did not arrive. Courier tracking number did not register. Veo customer service sympathetic but did not succeed in getting stuff to me after seven days.

From ordering to delivery took only 2 days. free delivery too. Excellent service.

Customer service is excellent, quick and helpful. However, my order was shipped late and only after I chased it up with Veo after two weeks from the purchase. The shoes were not very comfortable so I decided to return them, applied for a return online but didn't hear anything for a couple days about how to return the order so I had to chase this up again and found out returns are not free.

Sophie was really helpful when dealing with our return to Veo World. I only downrated this by one star as I had to chase a couple of times as I hadn't heard anything.

I never received my order as Ethical Bedding were out of stock of the item I ordered but hadn’t notified Veo. The customer service from Veo was excellent though - they responded to my emails quickly and refunded me promptly. They sent me a voucher as an apology too so can’t fault Veo!
