I understand it has been directed to Stratford upon Avon for a second time

Great Customer Support !!
For the first time I placed an order via Veo. Items arrived in poor condition as they're sent directly by the brand I knew that it's no fault of Veo. I contacted Veo support and they got back to me very quickly. They got in touch with the brand and came up with a few options including refund and replacement, also they provided a discount code for my next purchase. My entire experience with Veo team was great, they were very helpful and responsive! Special thanks to Danielle and Sophie!

Bought tea strainer and posh tea leaves as a present. One of the items got lost in the post. Veo were quick to respond to my enquiries and sort out a replacement. I would happily buy from them again, I would just make sure to leave lots of extra time if it's a gift.
