Vercel support is terrible
Vercel support is terrible and only respond if you have questions related to them getting money. My projects have been locked down for over a month, submitted a ticket and have not heard in close to a month. If you have overages, from my experience they won't warn you at all if you are getting close, they just let it go in hopes to rack up a bill.
Good support for emergencies
Update: Vercel has fixed my issue and the staff offered great support with the issue.
My site went viral and was on a trend. I upgraded from free plan to Pro plan specifically to prevent pausing of account. What the hell? The payment failed later and the site was immediately suspended with no warning? People are probably laughing now. What the hell with my site's reputation? Other hosting providers at least give a warning before suspension. I would have immediately paid.
And the hell payment is still processing? what if it fails due to issues with my card? No notification and you will just suspend? I am immediately moving this time leaving a review on every site possible.

Gets Expensive Very Quickly
I completely agree with the other reviews here. This platform chews through credits like crazy.
I signed up expecting a $20/month plan with the ability to make changes freely, but that’s not how it works in reality. It cost me around $10 worth of credits just to create a single blog post and that was before even fixing the mistakes or making adjustments.
Because the outputs aren’t perfect the first time, you end up going back and forth to refine things, and every single tweak burns more credits. So you’re not just paying for the final result, you’re paying for all the trial and error along the way.
It makes even simple tasks far more expensive than they should be.
On top of that, customer support is slow and only available via email, which adds to the frustration when something goes wrong.
Really, really disappointed.

Worst customer service I've had to deal…
Worst customer service I've had to deal with in a while. When I finally get a hold of people, they're apathetic, quick to state how it's not their fault (heavily alluding to me). Give me a break. First chance I get to leave, I am.
It's Mindblowing Work Flow
Pff what a hell is V0
Pff what a hell is V0. Eats credits like crazy and doesnt do what I want. First off it was shit that when i went to business account my history was away. Then it makes design uglier than before. It doesnt asks questions at important moments. So far such bad experiences
Absolutely awful customer support
Absolutely awful customer support. Non-responsive. 24 hours unable to deploy my build and no way to get help.
Good experience with vercel
Good experience with vercel, we pay only $20 per month. 30k visitors a month. Excellent. Well worth it.
This sh eats money like crazy
The system didn’t update the project’s access permissions after the latest subscription paymen.
This thing eats money like crazy! What’s worse, I paid another round just to finish a useless bit of work on the website — it happily took the money, but the project is still stuck in read-only mode. I contacted support and got absolutely no response — dead silence. Don’t waste your money or your time on this. It’s like ruzzian roulette. The interface is poorly designed, there’s basically no support, and the system works whenever and however it feels like. It’s a complete mess.
And now look at what they wrote to me after several inquiries — they replied in about 24 hours:
Thank you for reaching out to Vercel Support regarding your billing inquiry.
We’ve received your request and our team is actively reviewing it. Due to an unusually high volume of support cases, our current response time is approximately 2–3 weeks.
We sincerely appreciate your patience and will follow up with you as soon as possible.
Vercel are super scammers
Vercel are super scammers. I bought a subscription for $20, but they secretly connected some additional services that you know nothing about and then wrote off almost $600 from my account. Be very careful with Vercel, they are scammers.
Really unimpressed
Really unimpressed. Vercel was just not up to the job and instead of being honest that it cannot perform simple tasks it kept going round and round in circles unable to complete AND continuing to use up credit with no results. It actually kept saying issues were resolved when they were not, then magically finding additional reasons why it was not working! Lots of talking - not a lot of actual results. A shame and very disappointing.
I've tested Vercel extensively with…
I've tested Vercel extensively with hobby projects and it's genuinely good. Git-based deployments work flawlessly — push your code and it's live within seconds. Environment variables are easy to manage per environment, and hooking up a custom domain takes just a few minutes.
The free tier is generous enough for side projects, and the overall experience is smooth without being overly complicated. If you're looking for a reliable deployment platform, Vercel is a safe bet.
All my deployment have stopped working
All my deployment have stopped working, they are now telling me I have to upgrade again, which is ridiculous in its self after the plan I had worked fine previously.
I needed to get this sorted urgently as it was losing me business, so I bite the bullet and upgraded.
After paying for the upgrade it didn't upgrade my account even though their AI chat bot confirmed it should be upgraded, forcing me to open a case on the top priority status.
So I did, that was 3 working days ago (5 days including weekend) and not have a single reply from them cost me $1000s.
I'm taking my business elsewhere and I highly recommend not using them. I will be suing for loss of earnings and incorrect features restrictions.
They need to do better with keeping website deployed online.
All my applications that have been deployed on their site no longer work. Would recommend one of the many alternatives.

Was a paid customer for over 1 year for v0 and vercel, spent over 1k USD. From one day to the next, my account suspended, zero notice. Never allowed access back. Worst thing is that some code was exclusivel on v0, and I lost it completely. 100 domains offline and around 20 codes lost. Zero regards or pre-notice for a pro customer, not possibility to get at least the code back, despite several requests. Took me 15 hours to re-dedeploy all and around 300usd to developers to re-build sites.
