While we don't verify specific claims because reviewers' opinions are their own, we may label reviews as "Verified" when we can confirm a business interaction took place. Read more

This technology is designed to identify and remove content that breaches our guidelines, including reviews that are not based on a genuine experience. I completely agree with the other reviews here. This platform chews through credits like crazy. I signed up expecting a $20/month plan with the ability to make changes freely, but that’s no... See more

Very bad services the hosting is broken in this app i only receive build errors and also the pricing is deceiving only giving 4gb of cpu a month, sounds like a scam, also the CEO supports genocide
Bad First Experience
Tried to use it for first time. Just a terrible experience.
Not going to invest in a platform like this that can't even get basic onboarding right.

Disappointed with Vercel. Hard to support a company whose CEO publicly associates with a war criminal. Makes me question the values behind the platform.

Unmatched for low server resource applications
For my use cases, I don't require a lot of server resources so it's free. Incredibly time-efficient too at all stages of the process, deploying is as easy as git push - 0 set-up to make that happen.
Pricing is much worse if you have a team of people who need access, but it's saved me so much time idc enough to reduce the rating.
V0's models are the best frontend ones I've used, though the DX is pretty weak sadly.
Vercel offers a great developer experience
We use Vercel to host our primary website and also use it for client projects we deliver. The UI is well designed and easy to navigate. For projects using Next JS its very easy to deploy with minimal configuration required. It's not well suited for complex backend applications, but its not optimized for those situations. As long as you leverage Vercel for what it's designed for we have found it to be a very good platform and service.
Can't find the project anymore and they keep billing me
Can't find the project anymore, impossible to properly connect our Team account to Github, they keep charging me, I can't find anyone to contact at their customer support.
Very disappointed. Will have to move our project to somewhere else. Overall poor experience, impossible and messy navigation, and still no idea how to make this work. Reached frustration point.
Hosts malicious websites
Hosts malicious websites, and has terrible customer support, that does not respond to reports.
Serves to spend money with no results.
Everything started off amazing
Everything started off amazing! v0 agent was absolutely brilliant! Then my account was locked off, despite me paying for membership.... I'm worried now that they have stolen my ideas to use as their own, whilst taking my money! Not been able to access my project for over 3 days now! So disappointed.
Impossible to cancel, deliberately opaque UX
Vercel has one of the most frustrating cancellation processes I’ve ever experienced. You can’t simply downgrade or cancel a plan — instead, you’re forced to delete an entire team, and even then, you can’t delete your “last Hobby team”, making it impossible to close your account or stop being billed without jumping through absurd hoops.
Worse still, the "Delete Account" option is buried or nonexistent unless you meet unexplained hidden criteria. No clear documentation, no straightforward “Cancel Subscription” button, and zero transparency. It's clearly designed to retain users by confusion, not by quality.
For a developer-focused platform, this kind of UX is insulting. Vercel, stop hiding basic functions. If you need a dark pattern to keep users, you're doing it wrong.
phising website
This site is trying to steal my API after my project is deployed. They're forcing me to expose it to ensure the deployment is working.
A complete disappointment.
The worst experience I've ever seen! Its AI is very unsuccessful, it constantly uses placeholders! While I thought I was paying $20 for the monthly payment, it turns out that the fee I paid was defined as credit! Vercel AI accidentally deleted the project I worked on for 7 days! I paid an average of $100 for a new project, but the result is zero! AI changes the design with almost every command! It adds useless features! AI never implements the command you give. Every wrong code it generates goes from your credit. It scans each file for a long time and adds and removes as it wishes. 20 days of wasted money and time. A complete disappointment.
Great but might be better
Powerful deployment! Just wish data caching was easier to manage.
