Have to find out on LinkedIn they got hacked and all my variables got exposed. No customer communication and non responsive to all of my emails. Worthless company, can't build your stack on this

I completely agree with the other reviews here. This platform chews through credits like crazy. I signed up expecting a $20/month plan with the ability to make changes freely, but that’s no... See more
Truly exceptional service! These guys really know what their doing, their advice is flawless and has really helped to maximise our website which is crucial in this day and age. Thank you once again... See more
Pff what a hell is V0. Eats credits like crazy and doesnt do what I want. First off it was shit that when i went to business account my history was away. Then it makes design uglier than before. It do... See more

They have very poor support and seem…
They have very poor support and seem unaware of what they’re doing. I was using their v0.dev product, which I believe is one of the best design-builder AI agents out there. When I subscribed to their v0.dev Pro plan, it was advertised as $20 per month with 5x the limits of the free version.
However, instead of enrolling me in a monthly subscription, they just added a $20 credit. Their new billing model is confusing and extremely expensive. The cost of using their larger model is excessive and not worth it. They are ruining their own product.
I strongly advise against using the v0.dev Pro version. Your $20 credit will likely be wasted after typing just a few prompts.
nothing more than a cashgrab
Starting with their hosting platform, they do everything possible to make you spend more money on their sh**ty products. It doesn't feel like an honest business at all.
Then there's their second app, v0.dev, which used to be the best design builder I had ever seen—until they decided to fine-tune their own models. This change significantly downgraded performance. The model now hallucinates so frequently that it's practically unusable.
The only remotely capable large model costs nearly $1 per use, which is absurd. Imagine needing 70 to 100 prompts just to create a basic version 0 UI for an app (based on their older, significantly better models). That translates to nearly $100 for a buggy, unreliable, poorly written shell of a codebase.
Not recommended. 0/10.
Great service
Great service. Enables quick setup of multiple environments with automated build and deploy connected to f.ex. your Github-repository. Many other built in features (like security measures) make it very valuable for smaller dev teams that don't have this capacity internally.
v0.dev was perfect until their pricing model changed.
v0.dev by vercel was prefect when I found it. It stood out from lovable and bolt.new because they didn't charge per token credit. These ai builders come up with so many errors, you can easily burn money. THeir new billing system is not on a monthly basis anymore and has become just like bolt and lovable. The credits are outrageously expensive. It's not worth using anymore. It feels like its become a Cash Grab and sell out.
Vercel is a playground for phishing…
Vercel is a playground for phishing apps, and their abuse reporting system is inadequate and delay for action (take down an obvious phishing campaign) is completely outrageous.
They should be sued for allowing this.
So I downgrade my account
So I downgrade my account, and they put my website offline straight away. I payed for a month. Scammer. I'm going to run from this guys
Sending me fake FB messages
I am getting spam from this website pretending they are meta ads. When I enter details it goes to a fake Facebook login page. Have reported them.
Edit:
Thank you for the reply, I have already reported and deleted the emails but have received them numerous times before; they will be forwarded to you when i receive them again.

We are very happy with the change. The experience has been wonderful compared to AWS.

Sabotage!- They silently change table names 😲😡🤬
spect countless hours solving circular, convoluted errors using v0.
either, their AI is stupid, or is programed to sabotage you.
i specifically asked for a working block of code to be reviewed (we simply needed to update a datbase on submit) in order to apply to another form that could not submit.
What happened next? it edited my working code and changed the table name. i've had many other errors - but this was the last straw. Pathetic.
i wonder if this is a tactic to get you to sign up to plans with a higher message allowance
The most infuriating and time wasting…
The most infuriating and time wasting experience i have ever had. If i had paid £20 to have someone repeatedly hit me in the balls for 6 hours, i would have felt that was better value than this buggy, gaslighting mess.
Overbilled in many different ways
Overbilled in many different ways, for extra seats, 2 times in a month. Repeat instances. This is a company problem.
Scammy Promotion
Entering professional webinars and spamming their advertisement in the chat. Must be a dodgy and untrustworthy company if they need to force their advertisements into an educational webinar.
I used their Pro plan
I used their Pro plan. They try to sell you developer experience, which is fine however I had issues with their service on a real production app. I would occasionally get undefined errors coming from their platform but they where affecting my conversions. They could not resolve them. At the end I ended up migrating to AWS, cheaper and better.
Great service!
Most expensive frontend hosting
At the first sight the experience was good, setup was frictionless. But once setup they hooked you. My teammates wantet to push and vercel refuset to build their changes since they were not member of the team. You have to pay 20€ per month per member. So we would pay a lot of money to host something cloudflare does for free. Stay away and go to AWS or cloudflare!
Very good guides and services!
Very good guides and services!
Poor on green hosting and solutions (?)
What an awful company
What an awful company.
Was going to take my clients there and myself. Nope.
Don't even bother with the v0.dev it's not integrated and the trial won't tell you that you have to have the hosting part you have to pay for that too extra on versail in order to actually use v0.dev.
I wouldn't recommend the scumbag company to my worst enemy. Super slow lots of latency in their hosting.
Vercel is the worst platform for long-time projects
I had my project up and running a year ago, but when I wanted to fix a small thing, they broke it completely, so I couldn't update it or transfer it to another place without a bunch of work. It was the worst experience I have ever had, and I will never deal with them again.
Vercel constantly sending shutdown notice for my hobby project
Hobby accounts does not require payment, but Vercel constantly threatening me over email to update my payment method. I also cannot remove my credit card from their system. There is no way to remove a card, you can only replace.
