Terrible Communication

Terrible Communication.
I am the site manager for a large rural site with accommodation, offices and studios. Our contract was bought up by Vergo from a previous company and since that moment the customer service has been terrible. They are apparently unable to give us notice for their visits which is incompatible with our operations. They have been very slow to respond to any requests and took months to respond to my requests about registering with their online hub.

Since then they have turned up less than our agreed monthly visits and though their Pest controller was competent, the lack of notice meant he couldn't access the spaces required as they are rented spaces we need to give notice before entering. All of this was made clear to them from the outset but they don't seem to care about their customers or workers enough to give the basic courtesy of a few days notice before turning up.

Have now moved to a small local company and will avoid the overlarge bloated corps like vergo in future. It seems they are expanding at all costs without a care.

A reliable professional service by someone who cares about the work he has done.

Just had Matt conduct a highly professional mouse inspection of our house following an outbreak of mice in our Kitchen, bedroom’s , loft and Garage. He arrived on time, discovered the mice routes and came up with a plan to resolve the issue. We are seeing him next week to establish success but I am confident in the outcome. Thank you Matt for your sound advice and hard work.

Excellent customer service

Excellent, friendly service

Living in army quarters very used to tradesman etc being rubbish and unhelpful or simply just not turning up. Had a visit from Col Oliver today, attended within a week of reporting to pinnacle and I found him very friendly, helpful, informative and spent lots of time looking for the problem and putting me at ease 5* thank you :)

Mark is a credit to the company

We tried everything to sort out our pest issue, Mark visited a few times he went above and beyond his duty. Once he found where our pest issue was he sorted the matter out quickly. He gave us advice and some knowledge on how to keep the pests away. A credit to the company, he worked efficiently and was mindful of our property.

Mark - great guy

Had a visit from Mark today for a pest control issue at work. Mark went above and beyond, found and sorted out the issue that should've been picked up previously! Came all the way from Wales for our emergency call out today and honestly couldn't have asked for a better person to have attended the job! Such a nice guy and sorted the issue out in no time! Thank you so much Mark it was an absolute pleasure dealing with you today!

Polite and professional

We had a problem with rodent damage to our central heating plumbing and fortunately had Home Emergency cover for rodent infestation with our insurer. As much as a worry that discovering such a problem is, we were extremely fortunate that Mark D. from Vergo was assigned to us. He arrived punctually the next morning and was very reassuring. Overall Mark was very courteous, arrived when he said he would, and showed a forensic level of detail trying to find the entry routes into the house (and the type of rodent it might be). He closed off several possible areas on his first visit and set a number of traps, subsequently making two return trips to check on things. We couldn't have been happier with the service from Mark; I recommend him highly and wouldn't hesitate to use again if we have the same problem.

Had various visits from Vergo

Had various visits from Vergo, as we had a pest problem at my place of work. I called this company and within an hour we had a visit from Neil G, who got straight to work and with a couple of visits our problem was completely under control, I dealt with Neil personally, and I always found him, polite, courteous and knowledgeable. Couldn't fault the service and would definitely use this company again if we ever needed to.

Been a commercial customer for YEARS

Been a commercial customer for YEARS, constantly ignored and impossible to contact. Been trying to contact them since 10/02/2025. I've even filled out a the website contact form, to which I was then contacted asking what I required assistance with then my response (which included what I required assistance with) has been ignored! My request is not even a complaint but a minor change

This company was sent out to my mice…

This company was sent out to my mice problem after I contacted my insurance so I wasn't sure what to expect . I needn't have worried . The service was excellent from start to finish . Mark Donaghy went above and beyond . I would recommend them to anyone and if I have any problems in the future I will use them again.
