Good service and quality of products ang jobb. BUt I would like give you a positive critid that if we have livet in spåra in 1-2 years are not able to have a spanish speech which id the key point of your mega company!
However I woulk like to recommend you even you doing well but I as a customer!
Is is very important to have a confition in your company that än english speaking call up the customer when you know that this customer nrrd to speak englisk!

El servicio más deficiente que hemos experimentado. Es imposible comunicarse con la empresa por teléfono, y tampoco responden a los correos electrónicos. Los errores se repiten constantemente.
Cuando finalmente se logra establecer contacto (lo cual únicamente ocurre cuando se activa una alarma), resulta extremadamente difícil que comprendan incluso problemas relativamente sencillos. Hemos invertido más de un año en intentar transferir una alarma del propietario anterior a nosotros.
A día de hoy, el proceso sigue sin resolverse, por lo que hemos decidido cambiar de proveedor.
Además, la empresa no envía ni personal de seguridad ni a la policía cuando se activa una alarma, ya que se niegan a utilizar el código de acceso de la puerta de entrada y exigen una llave física. Esto es inviable cuando la propiedad únicamente dispone de cerradura con código.
This has been the most unsatisfactory service we have ever encountered. It is impossible to reach the company by phone, and they do not respond to emails. Errors are repeated continuously.
On the rare occasions when contact is finally established (which only happens when an alarm is triggered), it proves extremely difficult to make them understand even relatively simple issues. We have spent over a year attempting to transfer an alarm from the previous owner to ourselves.
To this day, the matter remains unresolved, and we have therefore decided to change provider.
Furthermore, the company fails to dispatch either security personnel or the police when an alarm is activated, as they refuse to use the entry door code and instead insist on a physical key. This is unworkable when the property is equipped only with a code lock.

Not a very smart company.
Securitas is making too much money too easily, has too many employees with nothing to do (far too many calls wasting my and their time simply to confirm one appointment).
They have been entrusteed with the responsibility for the security of my house but they don't even know where it is - calling at the neighbour's house!For a 'technology' company have they not heard of GPS?
Having installed the system you would think that they would know, and have a record of, where the sensors are in my house.
Not impressive for a company claiming to be so great.

Never become a client! Giancolmo is a Italien Spanish talking salesperson who sold me a subscription from 1 year after that period I could cancel any time, I cancelled this month after a year and 5 months but they wont let me go, threatening me with a 750 euro fine! Saying I have a three year lease! Ill will try to add pictures of a bullshit contract without my signature! Pieter Kolle, Calle Bach 4, San Miguel de Salinas, Alicante

Technician was excellent and very helpful. Just because your appliances are becoming obsolete i do not agree with you charging your customer a second time. We paid for the installation we should not pay for the upgrade

Terrible phone service. They call from one number if you miss it you can’t call back you have to call another number then wait for support. What about emergencies? I bought some additional Arlo cameras on offer online and asked to add then to my account they refused. I can only buy from them at greater cost. I am trying to give them money and they don’t want it! The alarm system is not good, often it has issues to set and the service is difficult to contact. Infuriating to be honest.

Been a client for 6 years. Yesterday for the first time when on holiday I decided to use their Verisure app to confirm my alarm was functioning in my absence only to discover it was not active despite switching it on before my departure 3 days before. I immediately called their client number to be advised there was an online fault and to arrange a friend to enter in order for them to contact each other to reset the alarm control. This was done but a service engineer visit was arranged for the following day as they were unable to reset the system. I called on 5 separate times to get information and to complain about the time taken, I was greeted like a nuisance caller, transferred a number of time to equally unhelpful individuals who refused to connect me with a manager and was eventually cut off. My following attempted calls have gone unanswered. So, no alarm , no security. A client for 6 years at 50€ per month Total 3600€ wasted. Needless to say, no longer a client.
