My over all experience was good. Chris William was very helpful in communicating with me and updating me. My beef is with the AAC Transport who was given my contract and won't give me the cars until I pay the additional $200 for driver's time while I sorted the payment problem with my bank. And AAC Transport took another $200 from my over payment to them. All in all, I paid $400 extra for 4 cars! Vertex should chose their partners more carefully! 100% solid service by Vertex and Chris!
