Everyone I dealt with from sales to service was great. They couldn’t have been more knowledgeable and really took the time to understand my needs (and wants) when I was struggling to make a decision on which bike to go for, giving me loads of time to ride the bikes and putting no pressure on the decision.
Once made they sorted the right bike and got it to me in double quick time.

I have just bought a brand new BMW F900R from Vertu Exeter Motorrad, the service from start to finish has been great, I have dealt with both Kerry & Thomas, they were both excellent to deal with and made the process very smooth even though I ordered the bike whilst on holiday in the Alps. Really pleased with my new toy and looking forward to being part of the Motorrad family.

This was an opportunity to fulfil a dream and spend a lot of money. A review should be read in that context. Everyone is pleasant, knowledgeable, helpful and professional in guiding you through a complex set of questions and coming to a conclusion. The experience was as it should be and 5 star. If I want to be picky, there is a little coordination issue with the centralised call centres and the local branch but as I said that is being picky. I look forward to working with them more.

I bought a second hand Honda Africa Twin and was very well looked after by Adam Corney. I will definitely be doing more business with Vertu and Adam. Well done.

I was dealt with by Michael North who I found to be friendly, professional and d polite. After organising a test ride, I traded a gs1200 for a new f450gs. The deal was fair and everything was dealt with swiftly and concisely. The only negative criticism i have regarding Vertu is the telephone system which i find laborious and long winded. Even when I had got a quick enquiry at Rotherham I faced a barage of questions from a call handler somewhere other than Rotherham, please reinstate direct phone lines.

I bought a Honda NC750S from Vertu Honda Grantham.
I was looked after very well by Dave Atkin.
The process was very professional, trustworthy, and friendly, I would definitely recommend this dealership.
The bike was very well prepared by the workshop technicians, with a new chain and sprocket set fitted, plus fork seals replaced without me having to even ask, bike also had a fresh Honda service and lots of MOT with road tax organised in advance.
The physical showroom is just off the A1, easy access, very modern with facilities and a tuck shop outside, so you can visit, check out the bikes and have refreshments.
Dave kindly guided me through all the paperwork and briefed me on the workings of my new bike.
The bike is exactly what I wanted I am very pleased.
All in all it was an enjoyable experience and I would definitely use them again.

Ducati Sunderland Review
Following the purchase of my Ducati Multistrada 1260 S GT from Ducati Manchester, it was agreed that I could book the bike into Ducati Sunderland, my local dealership, for a quick inspection. From the very beginning, the experience with Ducati Sunderland was exceptional.

Dave Evans, the Service Manager, was outstanding from the outset. He was friendly, welcoming, and genuinely helpful. Nothing seemed too much trouble, which was incredibly refreshing and immediately gave me confidence in the dealership.

When I attended for the inspection, I decided to wait at the dealership. During that visit, Lead Technician Stu Turner took the time to come and speak with me personally about the bike. Stu was absolutely excellent. His level of knowledge was obvious from the start, but what really stood out was the time he took to explain everything in detail. He provided a video inspection and talked me through the issues he had identified, giving a clear explanation of what he had found and why it mattered. That level of professionalism and transparency was fantastic and left me feeling completely confident in both the diagnosis and the proposed work.

I would also like to mention Neil Coates from the sales team. Although I was not looking to buy a new bike, Neil could not have been more welcoming. His hospitality, knowledge, and willingness to chat and answer questions made the wait enjoyable. No question was treated as trivial, and he was a pleasure to deal with throughout.

Following the inspection, Ducati Manchester authorised the work identified by Ducati Sunderland, and I returned earlier this week to have the repairs carried out.

Once again, Dave Evans was excellent in organising everything, and the new Dave who has recently joined the business was equally friendly and accommodating. The atmosphere throughout the dealership was professional, relaxed, and customer focused.

Before the work began, Stu Turner took the time to discuss exactly what he would be doing and why. Once again, his knowledge, patience, and attention to detail were outstanding. Every question was answered thoroughly, and nothing was dismissed or rushed. What particularly impressed me was the pride he clearly takes in his work. He identified and resolved additional issues along the way, ensuring the bike left in the best possible condition.

As I was at the dealership for several hours while work was carried out on the brakes, chain, and sprockets, I spent more time with the team and continued to receive excellent service throughout. Dave, Stu, and Neil are a credit to Ducati Sunderland and represent exactly how customer service should be delivered.

Even after the work was completed, the support continued. I popped back into the dealership for some advice regarding rear hub locking nuts I had purchased, and Stu was once again more than happy to help. Nothing was too much trouble.

It is easy to complain when things go wrong, but it is equally important to recognise outstanding service when you receive it. Dave Evans, Stu Turner, Neil Coates, and the wider Ducati Sunderland team provided a genuinely first class experience from start to finish.

Professional, knowledgeable, welcoming, and passionate about what they do. I would not hesitate to recommend Ducati Sunderland to anyone.
