I needed a newish car
I needed a newish car, so i went to my local vertu motor used carsales department to be welcomed by Max, one of the sales executives.
After chatting about what sort of vehicle i was looking for, ie a happy colour (not a dark colour), 4 door hatch back with a CD plyer (if possible), I looked at the available cars on screen.
I was drawn to a red VW Polo 4 door hatch back,(also CD Player), perfect for me, so i reserved it and bought it 24hrs later.
The whole selling experience was smooth, informative and fun. I would definately recommend Widnes Vertu Motors to anyone looking for a car.

Motability Scheme
It couldn't have been easier buying my new Qashqai through the Motability scheme and I was pleasantly surprised how quickly it took to get the vehicle delivered.

I'd recommend Vertu Nissan Widnes because as requested a hassel free experience. I had already mentioned that I had been elsewhere and since leaving them, I was contacted everyday, servral times via phone calls, emails and texts. Which I found very intimating. Max Jones listened, took this on board and respected my wishes. He was very helpful, even if he didn't know the answer, he made sure to find out and let us know. He was friendly and professional which made the experience a pleasant one.

Vertu Motors transferred a vehicle from Reddich to Widnes for me to test drive. This was requested Saturday evening. The car was in Widnes by Monday when I was able to test drive. I purchased Monday evening and collected Wednesday. Staff were kind, courteous, obliging, hospitable and very professional. Rob was outstanding. Great clarity, detail and professionalism. I obtained a car on the motability scheme from nissan at widnes. As a newcomer to motability I was unsure how it all worked but myself and my wife were looked after by a lovely lady called kara jones who was very friendly, professional and informative. She explained everything thoroughly and answered all my questions and there were quite a few, not only about how motability works but also about all the technology in new cars of which I am totally ignorant about. I had a couple of queries after we got the car so contacted kara and she was very helpful. 5 stars for kara jones at nissan widnes.
